Progress In Endoscopic Diagnosis And Differential Diagnosis Of Benign Esophageal Ulcer

Esophageal ulcer refers to the inflammatory reaction and necrosis of esophageal mucosa under the action of many pathogenic factors,and the ulcer can penetrate into the muscular layer of the mucous membrane,and it can reach the intrinsic muscular layer or deeper in the severe case.There are many diseases that can cause esophageal ulcers in clinic.Besides malignant diseases such as esophageal cancer and esophageal lymphoma,there are a lot of benign diseases that can cause esophageal ulcers,and some benign ulcers are similar to malignant tumors.However,biopsie always shows chronic non-specific inflammation,which is difficult for clinical diagnosis.In this study,the related diseases which can cause benign ulcer of esophagus were studied from the two aspects of non-infectious diseases and infectious diseases by looking up the domestic and foreign literatures in recent years.A brief review was made in order to provide a reference for clinical practice.
