Coronary artery no-reflow is a serious complication after percutaneous coronary intervention for acute myocardial infarction, especially ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction. It always leads poor prognosis. The main clinical manifestation of Coronary artery no-reflow is recurrence of chest pain and dyspnea. It can lead to poor healing of the infarct, and it is harmful to left ventricular remodeling.Simultaneously,it increases the risk of major adverse cardiovascular events including congestive heart failure and death. Therefore,in order to achieve normal blood flow in the infarct related artery after PCI,it is necessary to anticipate the factors that can lead to coronary artery no-reflow in advance, and actively take measures to prevent the occurrence of no-reflow.At the same time,if no-reflow occurs,it should be dealt with in time. This article will describe the pathophysiology, diagnosis, risk factors, prevention, and treatment of coronary artery no-reflow,and discuss the latest findings on the management of no-reflow.
