Objective:1.Immunohistochemical method to detect hypoxia inducible factor-1?(HIF-1?),prolyl hydroxylase 2(PHD2)in proliferative endometrium,atypical hyperplasia endometrium,expression in endometrial carcinoma tissue.2.The clinicopathological features and prognosis of endometrial adenocarcinoma were confered in the expression of HIF-1? and PHD2.Methods:The proliferative endometrium group(38cases),the dysplasia group(42cases)and the endometrial cancer group(65cases)were collected.The immunohistochemical SABC method was used to detect HIF-1? and PHD2 in the above three tissues.Expression was analyzed in association with clinical features.Results:1.The positive expression rate of HIF-1? in the proliferative endometrium group,dysplasia group and endometrial adenocarcinoma group gradually increased,and the positive expression of PHD2 gradually decreased.There was significant difference between the two groups(P< 0.05).2.Expression of HIF-1? in the endometrial cancer group.Degree of tissue differentiation(highly differentiated,moderately,and poorly differentiated),clinical stage(according to 2009FIGO):stageI+II,stageIII+IV,depth of myometrial invasion(<1/2full-thickness,?1/2full-thickness)and lymph node metastasis were associated(P<0.05);it was not associated with age(age<50years,age?50years)(P>0.05);clinical stage was relatively more The higher the degree of differentiation,the lower the degree of differentiation,the deeper the infiltration depth of the basal layer,and the lymph node metastasis,the higher the positive expression rate of HIF-1?.The positive expression of PHD2 was correlated with the degree of tissue differentiation,clinical stage,depth of myometrial invasion and lymph node metastasis(P<0.05),regardless of age(P>0.05).The deeper the depth of myometrial invasion,the lymph node metastasis The positive expression rate of PHD2 is also higher.3.PHD2 showed strong positive expression in endometrial cancer tissues with deep depth of myometrial invasion and lymph node metastasis.4.There was a negative correlation between HIF-1? and PHD2 expression inendometrial adenocarcinoma tissues(P<0.01).1.The positive expression rate of HIF-1? increased with the degree of endometrial lesions,while PHD2 decreased gradually,suggesting that both may participate in the development of endometrial cancer.2.The expression of HIF-1? and PHD2 in endometrial carcinoma tissues was not related to age;it was related to clinical stage,degree of tissue differentiation,depth of myometrial invasion,and lymph node metastasis;suggesting that both may be infiltrated with endometrial cancer,Transfer related.3.There is a negative correlation between HIF-1? and PHD2 in endometrial adenocarcinoma,suggesting that they are antagonistic in the process of carcinogenesis of endometrium.
