Objective:To study on the relationship between serum IL-10 and IL-17 levels and severity and short-term prognosis of acute cerebral infarction.Methods:100 patients with acute cerebral infarction who were hospitalized in the tthree departments of neurology of the Baoding NO.1 Central Hospital from December 1,2017 to October 1,2018 were selected as cerebral infarction group. The patients with cerebral infarction were assessed by the National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS)at admission to estimate their neurological deficits.Modified Rankin Scale(mRS)was used to evaluate the short-term prognosis of patients 90 days after illness. The infarction group was divided into 56 patients with good prognosis(0-2 points)and 44 patients with poor prognosis(?2 points).During the same period,53 healthy people in our hospital were taken as control group.General statistical data such as age,sex and routine laboratory indicators of all subjects were collected. The levels of serum IL-10 and IL-17 were determined by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA).All operations were carried out strictly according to the instructions.SPSS 19.0 statistical software was used for data processing. The measurement data were expressed as(ąs).Independent sample t test was used for comparison between the two groups. The counting data were expressed as percentage(%)and?~2 test was used for comparison between groups.Pearson correlation analysis was used to analyze the correlation between indicators. After adjusting other factors by multivariate logistic regression analysis, the relationship between serum IL-10,IL-17 levels and short-term prognosis of patients with acute cerebral infarction was analyzed.P<0.05 was statistically significant.Results:1 There was no significant difference in age, sex, smoking history, drinking history, hypertension history, diabetes history, triglyceride, etc.between the cerebral infarction group and the control group(P>0.05).There was significant difference in fasting blood glucose and total cholesterol between the two groups(P<0.05).There were significant differences in serum IL-10 and IL-17 levels between infarction group and control group(P>0.05).2 Pearson correlation analysis was used to compare the correlation between serum IL-10 level, serum IL-17 level and NIHSS score in patients with cerebral infarction.Serum IL-10 was negatively correlated with NIHSS score(r=-0.298,P=0.003),and serum IL-17 was positively correlated with NIHSS score(r=0.342,P=0.000).3 There were significant differences in serum IL-10 level,IL-17 level, fasting venous blood glucose, triglyceride and total cholesterol between good prognosis group and poor prognosis group(P<0.05).Logistic regression analysis showed that the decreased level of serum IL-10 level(OR 0.779,95%CI(0.615-0.986),P=0.037),the increased level of serum IL-17 level(OR1.605,95%CI(1.171-2.201),P=0.003)were independent risk factors for poor prognosis in patients with cerebral infarction in the near future.Conclusion:1 The level of serum IL-10 was negatively correlated with the severity of acute cerebral infarction, and its decrease had adverse effects on the short-term prognosis of patients with acute cerebral infarction.2 The level of serum IL-17 was positively correlated with the severity of acute cerebral infarction, and its elevation had adverse effects on the short-term prognosis of patients with acute cerebral infarction.
