Medicines are pre-requisite for curing disease and sound health.Medicines are related to life and death.The high,and quickly rising,cost of pharmaceutical medicines has been reprimanded by strategy producers,patients,prescribes and payers.Spending on physician recommended medicines has expanded at remarkable rates in the previous years.Bangladeshi People buy medicine Out-of-Pocket system.The middle class and poor people can not afford to buy certain medicines,as brand medicines are always extremely expensive than generic medicine.There is no strong regulation and monitoring policy for pharmaceutical companies and medicine prices.Bangladesh Government is committed to provide effective health care service with affordable cost for the people of the country as per the constitution of the People's Republic of Bangladesh sections 15(a),15(d),and 18(1).Government has a health policy for ensuring better health.Several times medicine policy has changed and the latest one updated on 2016 as ‘National Drug Policy 2016'.In Bangladesh,the high rising prices of medicines have outpaced the prices in the previous years.While specialists and lobbyists have concentrated a large portion of their consideration on the costs of novel brand-name doctor prescribed medicines,the rising costs of brand medicines has turned into an inexorably apropos issue that benefits advance investigation.Recently,the costs of old,off-patent therapeutics with restricted rivalry that have turn into the objective of a benefit boosting strategy among pharmaceutical organizations which is getting possibly under estimated medicines and accordingly expanding the costs.While serving niche markets there is a solid possibility that training incorporate therapeutics with few,or no,bio proportionate choices.In spite of having missing patent assurance and politeness,a significant number of these prescriptions treat littler populaces and in this manner guarantee inadequate benefits to the competitors who are potential and non-potential.In this research,a qualitative-method approach was embraced in the investigation of policies and prices of medicines.The writing was checked on,trailed by an examination of Bangladesh's pharmaceutical market and national medicine policy.An investigation of medication costs,and a subjective examination on how and why high,unreasonably expensive costs happened,were directed.In this thesis factor analysed on outcomes of Medicine policy.Also problem analysed and finding reason behind problem of ‘Medicine Pricing Policy' in Bangladesh.The discoveries were integrated to shape strategy suggestions.By the end of this research paper short-term and long-term recommendations will be provided regarding the medicine pricing policy.These recommendations will provide the necessary solutions to the problems identified during fulfilling the research objectives.
