Cognitive ability refers to the ability of the brain to process,store and extract information in the process of various cognitive activities.When the brain is active,the human brain receives input information from the outside world and passes through the transmission,processing and collaborative interaction between various brain regions,so as to realize the function of people to complete various cognitive tasks.In recent years,the brain network based on graph theory and complex network theory has been widely used in the study of the specific organization structure and connection pattern between brain regions when the brain performs specific cognitive task,and has become a hot research direction to study the brain cognition law when the brain completes the cognitive tasks.This paper studies the construction of dynamic brain network,the analysis of complex network,the calculation of brain network correlation analysis index and the correlation analysis of brain network correlation analysis index and scale features.Firstly,the similarity in time and frequency domain and synchronicity in phase of eeg signals are calculated and extracted by using wavelet coherence and weighted phase lag index analysis method,and they are used as the edge measurement of the brain network based on wavelet coherence and weighted phase lag index Then,based on the complex network analysis method,the differences and changes of five topological properties of the brain network,such as average degree,global efficiency,characteristic path length,clustering coefficient and average local efficiency,were calculated,providing the analysis basis of the topological structure of the brain network for further summarizing the brain cognitive law.Secondly,based on different topological properties of the brain network,the AUC values of each property within a certain appropriate threshold range are calculated to obtain the overall characteristics of each property within the threshold range.After that,a linear regression model was built,and the AUC index value of various topological attributes and cognitive scale features could be input into the regression analysis model as independent variables and dependent variables,and then the correlation intensity and direction of the two were obtained,so as to judge the effectiveness of the analysis index to evaluate the corresponding cognitive ability.Finally,this paper designs and implements a brain cognitive law research system that supports the correlation analysis between dynamic brain network and cognitive scale.Firstly,the system is a web system based on Java language,using IntelliJ IDEA development tools,Tomcat and MySql database,and it is based on the implemented matlab algorithm interface of the above research work of this paper and SpringBoot framework,thymeleaf template and JPA database,the system includes basic data management,dynamic brain network building and analysis,cognitive scale evaluating and the statistics of cognitive scale features,brain network correlative analysis index calculating and regression analysis between it and scale features,and other functions.Secondly,this paper designs the fatigue driving cognitive experiment and related attention cognitive scales related to fatigue as practical verification of systems' each function,through analysising the dynamic changing process of brain network between different stages and correlation analysis results of it and attention scale features,this paper summarizes the human brain cognitive law in the fatigue driving process,and fatigue evaluation index is given.The contribution of this paper lies in the design and implementation of a brain cognitive law research system that supports the correlation analysis of dynamic brain network and cognitive scale features,which can provide a research platform including basic data management,dynamic brain network construction and analysis,cognitive scale evaluation and features' value statistics,and correlation analysis for the research of different cognitive abilities in different cognitive experiments.
