Based on configuration model, a complex agent dynamic network model for the spread of HIV among injecting drug users(IDUs) is developed to simulate HIV transmission, which is studied the simulation process of HIV spread in drug-social groups. Provide a favorable reference to prevent and control the spread of HIV.IDUs sharing syringe is an important mode of HIV transmission. It is meaningful to society for further study of the spread of HIV among IDUs for internal mechanism and government prevention and measures, and it has become a very urgent task and mission. In the previous studies, scholars used mathematical models, the micro modeling approach or complex systems to study the mechanism of HIV transmission, but could not describe well the co-evolution relationship between individual behavior and drug-network. So we need to describe a new flexible drug network model, which has coupling evolution mechanism for drug network, individual behavior and controling measures to promote the spread of HIV.This paper does some various simulation researches of HIV simulation based on multi-agent systems and dynamic complex networks.First of all, intervention measures such as free syringe exchange programs, voluntary counseling and HIV testing, free antiretroviral treatment (ART) and changes in the number of the total group play important roles in HIV transmission dynamics and success of prevention. This paper presents a complex agent network model for simulating the interaction and evolution of IDUs individual behaviors, IDUs networks and HIV prevention interventions. In the model, the number of the total group changes over time and each individual agent on network has his own specified information and rules to react to HIV prevention interventions. Exploratory simulation results are consistent with empirical studies demonstrating that the effectiveness of a combination of interventions, including free syringe exchange programs, voluntary counseling and HIV testing, ART during changing the number of the total group over time.Second, according to configuration model, a complex agent hierarchical dynamic network model for the spread of HIV among IDUs is developed to simulate HIV transmission in the real needle-sharing network. IDUs on the needle-sharing network can be divided into core layer, inner layer and outer layer, corresponding to high-intensity drug users, medium-intensity drug users and general-intensity drug users. The connection within a layer is stronger and the connection between layers is weaker, which is controlled by an adjustable probability matrix. Over time, the number of the total nodes in the network changes, while edges between nodes can be dissolved and reformed. The network has dynamic characteristics. Each individual agent has infection, course of disease progression and rules to react to HIV prevention interventions, including free syringe exchange programs, voluntary counseling and HIV testing, ART on individual behavior change, the course of disease and the spread of disease. In the end, based on effects of emotional and cognitive decision, this paper proposes a personal model for emotional and cognitive fuzzy cognitive map. It includes the consideration of individual perception of the surrounding environment, the epidemic situation of social discrimination, legal restriction strength, free syringe exchange programs, voluntary counseling, HIV testing, ART on individual behavior change, the course of disease and the spread of disease. Make individual rules for avoiding HIV infection from the value of fuzzy cognitive map. This paper by the originality of agent system and complex network as the foundation established the combination of the model, solves the traditional model HIV normalization, immobilized faults. Borrow IDUs as the subject to spread individual in the society and put the individual autonomy behavior ability into the program model. The simulation of dynamic interpersonal communication changes characteristics. Through the simulation results of the model, this paper analyzes the various factors in the process of the propagation of effect. On the basis of, people can be more targeted to develop social prevention of activities to achieve the spread of HIV to the control and inhibition. |
