OBJECTIVE To study the correlation between vaginal pressure and surface electromotor signal in postpartum women. To evaluate the feasibility of vaginal pressure test in the evaluation of postpartum pelvic floor function.METHODS UROSTYM biofeedback electrical stimulator was used to get two measurement data of pelvic floor muscles: vaginal pressure and the vaginal surface emg signal.Compare the results.RESULTS Postpartum women's vaginal pressure and the vaginal surface emg signal were lower than normal women(P<0.01).The female vaginal pressure and emg value of SUI were lower than those of non-sui(P<0.01).The value of vaginal pressure was strongly correlated with emg(r1=0.94;r2=0.87).According to ROC curve,The effect of vaginal pressure and emg on patients with SUI was both good, there was no statistically significant difference.CONCLUSION The pelvic floor strength of postpartum women were lower than those of normal women. Both vaginal pressure and electromyographic examination had good prediction effect on SUI.There was strong correlation between vaginal pressure test and electromyography.SIGNIFICATION Postpartum screening of pelvic floor strength can detect pelvic floor function in time, which plays an important role in the prevention ofpelvic floor dysfunction. At present, there is no uniform standard for testing pelvic floor muscle strength.Compared to electromyography,The pressure test has the advantages of noninvasive, simple, intuitive data and stable performance, which can be recommended as a new method to evaluate postpartum pelvic floor function.
