Clinical Observation Of Modified Ligu Gujin Decoction In Treating Dry Sickness Pulmonary Sjogren Syndrome

Objective:This topic used Jiawei Ligu Gujin Decoction to treat dry and evil lung dry syndrome,observe the changes of TCM syndrome score table,ESSDAI and related laboratory test indicators before and after treatment to confirm that Jiawei Ligu Gujin Decoction is improving the evil spirits.The clinical symptoms,related laboratory test indicators and improvement of disease activity in patients with pulmonary dry syndrome can achieve good results,and are reliable methods and ways for clinical treatment of this disease.Methods:The 60 patients with Sjogren s syndrome were randomly divided into treatment group and control group in 30 cases.Both groups were orally treated with hydroxymethyl sulfate tablets 0.4g daily as the basic treatment.In the control group,the total glycosides capsule was added,and the 0.6g day was taken two times orally.The treatment group was coupled with the Chinese herbal medicine of Jiawei lily solid golden soup,and the 150ml day was two times clothing.The course of treatment is 3 months.The changes of TCM symptoms,ESSDAI and related laboratory test indexes before and after treatment were observed,including:erythrocyte deposition rate(ESR),C-reactive protein(CRP),immunoglobulin(IgA?IgG?IgM).Results:In order to improve the curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 90-%,the total effective rate of the control group was 66.7,the comparison between the two groups was significantly different before and after treatment(P<0.05),and there were significant differences between the two groups before and after treatment,such as dry mouth,dry skin,heart and foot heat,dry,However,the two groups had similar effects(P>0.05)on dry pharynx,dry cough,joint pain and tongue image improvement.In terms of relevant laboratory examination indexes,the IgG?IgM?IgA values of the treatment group and the control group were improved after treatment,among which IgG(P<0.05)was more obvious,and the treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.05),and the improvement situation of the two groups was similar.In addition,the ESR and CRP experimental values improved significantly before and after the treatment of both groups,with significant differences(P<0.05),and there was also a marked difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:Modified Ligu Gujin Decoction can improve the clinical symptoms and laboratory indicators of patients with dry syndrome in patients with pulmonary dry syndrome.
