Therapeutic Effect Of Yi Xin Ding Ji ? Decoction On Chronic Heart Failure (Qi Deficiency And Blood Stasis Type) Complicated With Hyperuricemia

Objective:To study the clinical effect of Yixin Dingji(?)on patients with chronic heart failure(Qi deficiency and blood stasis)with hyperuricemia.Methods:Sixty patients with chronic heart failure of qi deficiency and blood stasis type complicated with hyperuricemia are selected to meet the inclusion criteria.Using SPSS 20.0 software,they were randomly divided into treatment group(n = 30)and control group(n = 30),the control group is treated with routine western medicine,and the treatment group is treated with Yi Xin Ding Ji ? Decoction with Modification on the basis of the control group.Oral twice a day,4 weeks as a course of treatment,And order low sodium and purine diet.Before and after treatment,the data of TCM syndrome integral,6-minute walking test,cardiac function grading,cardiac color Doppler(LVEF),hypersensitivity C-reactive protein and serum uric acid level are analyzed and summarized.Results:1.TCM symptom score: single score and total score decreased to a certain extent,and the treatment group is better than the control group(p <0.05),the total effective rate of the treatment group is 86.67%,significantly higher than that of the control group(70.00%).The curative effect of the treatment group is better than that of the control group(p < 0.05).2.6-minute walk test: the 6-minute walk-in distance of the two groups is significantly improved before the treatment,and the treatment group is better than the control group(p <0.05).3.Cardiac function classification: the effective rate of the treatment group is 76.67%,which is more than 63.33% in the control group(p <0.05).4.The left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF): treatment group and the control group are improved to some extent,and the improvement in the treatment group is significantly better than that in the control group(p <0.05).5.Changes of hypersensitive C-reactive protein: the level of hs-CRP in the two groups decreased to some extent,and the level of hs-CRP in the treatment group is lower than that in the control group(p < 0.05).6.Changes of serum uric acid level: the serum uric acid level decreased in both groups.The treatment group is superior to the control group in lowering serum uric acid level(p < 0.05).Conclusion:1.The addition and subtraction of Yi Xin Ding Ji ? Decoction can reduce the symptom integral of patients with traditional Chinese medicine.2.The addition and subtraction of Yi Xin Ding Ji ? Decoction can increase the walking distance of 6 minutes and improve the cardiac function of LVEF.3.The addition and subtractive of Yi Xin Ding Ji ? Decoction can reduce the level of hypersensitive C-reactive protein and serum uric acid.
