| [Objective]:Through the dynamic observation to the symptom scores of moxibustion and traditional Chinese medicine treatment within before treatment,4th days,8th days,15th days and 31 st days to the patients with the Weak-type of spleen and stomach of Diarrhea, comparison the scores of therapeutic effect and the time of the onset points in two groups, and to explore the clinical efficacy of the moxibustion in the treatment of the Weak-type of spleen and stomach of Diarrhea.[Methods]:The patients within diagnosis criterion were divided according to the order into moxibustion treatment group and traditional Chinese medicine group,30 cases in each group. Moxibustion treatment group were treated with a mild Moxibustion on "Shenque" Point, "Zusanli" Points (double), every Point for 10 minutes, one time each day, a course of treatment in month. Group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine SHENLINGBAISHU Powder, three times each day, each time 3 grams, boiled water, used in conjunction in month. At the end of treatment, the statistical results were conducted to analysis therapeutic effect.[Results]:1. The scores of the moxibustion group and the Chinese Medicines Board after treatment were significantly reduced than before treatment, the difference was obviously significant (P<0.01), but both the score after treatment compared no significant difference (P>0.05).30 cases of the moxibustion group, clinical recovery in 2 cases, obviously effect in 18 cases, markedly effective rate was 66.67%, effective 8 cases, ineffective 2 cases, the total effective rate 93.33%; Medicines 30 cases, clinical recovery in 2 cases, obviously effective in 12 cases, the markedly effective rate was 46.67%, effective in 13 cases, ineffective 3 cases, the total effective rate 90%.Two groups markedly effective rate and total effective rate was no significant difference (P>0.05).2. The dynamic integration of moxibustion group compared with before treatment, in addition to the first 4 day (P>0.05), the first 8 day, the first 15 day and the first 31 day were significantly decreased (Pall<0.01), suggesting that the effect of moxibustion may be at least 8 day in 1 month course of treatment. The points of the first 31 day was less than the first 15 day, suggesting that the time of the first 31 day can still be improved TCM symptoms, but between them was no significant difference (P>0.05), whice showed the best moxibustion treatment time may be a half month. The dynamic integration of Chinese medicine group compared with before treatment, the 4th day and the 8th day (P all<0.05), the first 15 day and the first 31 day (P all<0.01), suggesting that the efficacy of Chinese medicine may be at least 15 day in a month's treatment. Compared with the first 8 days, the first 15 day (P>0.05), the first 31 day (P<0.01),whice showed the course of the Chinese Medicines Board was longer than the moxibustion group, it may take at least a month. Compared the two dynamic points within the course of treatment in moxibustion treatment group and traditional Chinese medicine group, they have a very significant in the 15th day (P<0.01); while the integration of the 4th day, the 8th day and the 31th day (Pall<0.05), there was no significant difference, while the points of moxibustion group were lower than the Chinese Medicines Board, indicating there are any discrepancies in the course of treatment and can be considered the moxibustion group efficacy is superior to the Chinese Medicines Board in the first 15 day.[Conclusion]:The mild moxibustion and SHENLINGBAISHU Powder all have a good effect on the chronic weak-type of spleen and stomach of Diarrhea. Moxibustion treatment has a fast advantage and its optimal course is a half month on the treatment of the chronic weak-type of spleen and stomach of Diarrhea.
