Objective:Meta-analysis was used to evaluate the efficacy and safety of Bupleurum keel oysters Decoction in the treatment of perimenopausal syndrome,and to provide evidence-based basis for clinical treatment of perimenopausal syndrome with traditional Chinese medicine.Methods:To retrieve the domestic and foreign literature on the clinical randomized controlled trial(RCT)of Bupleurum keel oysters Decoction in the treatment of perimenopausal syndrome.It includes CNKI,WANFANG DATA,VIP,CBM,Cochrane Library,Pubmed and Medline.The retrieval time ranges from January 2000 to March 2019.According to inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria,literature was screened,data were extracted,and meta-analysis of data was carried out using Stata 12.0 software.Results:A total of 784 patients with perimenopausal syndrome were enrolled in 10 articles.The included RCTs were all low-quality literature after being evaluated by the CONSORT-Chinese Medicine Compound Report and the Modified Jadad Rating Scale.Analysis results: 1?Quantitative system evaluation analysis:(1)Compared with conventional Western medicine,Bupleurum keel oysters Decoction has more advantages in improving the clinical efficacy of perimenopausal syndrome,RR=1.36,95% CI(1.16,1.59),P=0.000,the difference is statistically significant;(2)Bupleurum keel oysters Decoction compared with conventional western medicine,in the improvement of TCM accompanying symptom scores has an advantage,SMD=-5.92,95% CI(-7.07,-4.88),P=0.000,the difference is statistically significant;(3)Bupleurum keel oysters Decoction has an advantage in improving SDRS score compared with conventional western medicine,SMD=-1.46,95% CI(-1.82,-1.10),P= 0.000,the difference is statistically significant;2?Qualitative system evaluation shows that Bupleurum keel oysters Decoction has advantages in improving HAMD score and KMI score compared with conventional western medicine.Conclusions:1)Bupleurum keel oysters Decoction can significantly improve the clinical efficacy ofperimenopausal syndrome;Bupleurum keel oysters Decoction can reduce the symptomatic product,SDRS score,HAMD score and KMI score of patients after treatment;2)Bupleurum keel oysters Decoction has fewer adverse reactions and recurrences in the treatment of perimenopausal syndrome,and has higher safety;3)The quality of the literature included in this systematic review is low,the analysis results are subject to large publication bias,and reliability is affected,suggesting that researchers should implement higher quality large sample multi-center RCT to further verify the efficacy.
