Objective: By observing the imaging data of adolescent lumbar disc herniation patients and measuring the lumbar curvature parameter values, assessing the condition of adolescent patients, using statistical software to study and analyze the correlation between lumbar curvature and disease indicators in adolescents, for adolescent lumbar disc The theoretical basis for highlighting the prevention and treatment of patients. Methods: A total of 72 adolescents diagnosed with lumbar disc herniation from June 2017 to March 2019 in the Department of Orthopaedics, the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, aged 13 to 25 years, with an average of 20.6 ± 2.8 year old.The lumbar lateral radiographs before treatment were selected, and the angle between the tangential line of the endplate of the S1 vertebral body and the horizontal line was taken as the inclination angle of the tibia, and the angle was measured;the upper end plate of the L1 vertebral body and the S1 vertebral body were respectively taken. The tangent of the endplate, the angle between the vertical lines of the two tangent lines is the lumbar lordosis angle, measured by Cobb angle measurement method;the trailing edge of each vertebral body connecting the lower edge of T12 to the lower edge of the S1 vertebral body is connected as an arc.The vertical distance between the arc and the lower rear corner of T12 and the lower rear corner of S1 is the lumbar curve index, which is measured by Seze method. The measurement accuracy of all three parameters is 0.1°.Second,calculate the scores obtained by the patient's Oswestry dysfunction questionnaire.SPSS software was used to calculate the correlation between the lumbar lordosis angle, the sacral tilt angle, and the lumbar curve index and the scores obtained by the patient's Oswestry dysfunction questionnaire.Results:1 ? The average lumbar lordosis angle of the adolescent patients was34.51± 6.00°,the mean value of the sacral tilt angle was 24.23± 3.52°,andthe mean value of the lumbar curve index was 10.28 ± 1.97 mm.The average score of the Oswestry dysfunction questionnaire filled out by the patient was46.25± 7.46;2? Spearman correlation analysis showed that the Oswestry dysfunction questionnaire score was positively correlated with the patient's age(r=0.939),regardless of the patient's gender(r=0.108);3? Spearman correlation analysis showed that the sacral tilt angle was positively correlated with the Oswestry dysfunction questionnaire score(r=0.925);4? Spearman correlation analysis showed that the lumbar lordosis angle and lumbar curve index were negatively correlated with the score of Oswestry dysfunction questionnaire(r is-0.947,-0.951).Conclusion:1 ? There is a positive correlation between age and disease index in adolescents with lumbar disc herniation;2 ? The changes of lumbar lordosis angle, sacral tilt angle and lumbar curve index have a correlation with the severity of adolescent patients.
