Clinical Observation Of Jiawei Shenzho Decoction In The Treatment Of Cold And Dampness In Ankylosing Spondylitisis

Objective : To observe the therapeutic effect of Jiawei Shenzhuo Decoction on patients with cold and dampness obstructive ankylosing spondylitis,and to explore its clinical efficacy and safety.Methods: 40 cases with ankylosing spondylitis which conformed to the study were treated with Jiawei Shenzhuo Decoction for 2 months.The pain VAS scores before and after treatment,BASFI scores,BASDAI scores,Schober test results,TCM syndrome scores and Erythrocyte sedimentation rate and C-reactive protein results were compared and analyzed,and statistical results were obtained using SPSS17.0 software.Results:1.Jiawei Shenzhuo Decoction for the treatment of patients with ankylosing spondylitis with cold dampness and stasis,the effective rate of achieving ASAS20 in 2 months was 82.50%,and the total effective rate of TCM judgment was 87.50%.2.Jiawei Shenzhuo Decoction can effectively reduce the pain VAS score,BASFI score,BASDAI score,and the results before and after treatment were statistically significant(p<0.05).3.Jiawei Shenzhuo Decoction can improve the lumbar motion of patients with ankylosing spondylitis and increase the Schober test value.The results before and after treatment were statistically significant(p<0.05).4.Jiawei Shenzhuo Decoction can improve the TCM syndrome scores of patients,and the results before and after treatment were statistically significant(p<0.05).5.Jiawei Shenzhuo Decoction can reduce the erythrocyte sedimentation rate and c-reactive protein inflammation index,and the results before and after treatment were statistically significant(p<0.05).Conclusion:Jiawei Shenzhuo Decoction has a positive effect on cold-dampness and obstructive ankylosing spondylitis.It can significantly reduce the pain VASscore,BASFI score,BASDAI score,improve TCM syndrome score and Schober test result,and reduce the level of the erythrocyte sedimentation rate and c-reactive protein of patients.
