Observation On The Efficacy Of Acupuncture On Abdominal Points In Treating Mild-to-moderate Depression

Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of acupuncture on abdominal points in treating Mild-to-moderate Depression.and to compare with conventional acupuncture group in order to judge the difference of clinical curative effect.To provide a definite curative effect,safe for acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of mild and moderate depression in the future,and to provide a relatively simple and standardized treatment method and theoretical basis for the treatment of Mild-to-moderate Depression.Methods:This study will be included in the standard of 60 Patients with Mild-to-moderat e depression,according to random number table method was divided into treatment gr oup and control group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group chose acupoint s according to the Acupuncturology:Baihui(GV20),Yintang(GV29),Danzhong(CV17),Neig uan(PC6),Shenmeng(HT7),Taichong(LR3).The treatment group was treated with the co ntrol group acupoints and abdominal points:Tianshu(ST25),Qihai(RN6),Zhongwan(RN12),Guanyuan(RN4).After acupuncture,the needle was used for 30 minutes,6 days for a course,treating for 4 weeks.Two groups of patients were given the pius fluoxetine as the basic treatment,20 mg one time,once a day for 4 weeks.Primary efficacy vari ables are Hamilton depression scale(HAMD),secondary efficacy variables include Self-r ating depression scale(SDS)and Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)were used to ev aluate therapeutic effect,analyzed and compared the scaleto evaluate the curative effec t.Results:1.HAMD point:The comparison between the two groups before treatment,there was no significant difference between the two groups before treatment(p>0.05),which indicated that the scores of the two groups before treatment were comparable.After treatment two group compared with before treatment,p<0.05,indicating that the HAMD score could be decreased by both treatment methods.The comparison between the two groups indicates that in improving the HAMD score.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant,indicating that the HAMD score in the treatment group was more obvious thanthe control groups.2.SDS:The comparison between the two groups before treatment was no significant difference between the two groups before treatment(p>0.05)indicating that the SDS score of the Patients in the two groups before treatment was comparability.Two groups after treatment compared with before treatment,p<0.05,the difference was statistically significant,indicating that after treatment,the two groups of methods have significant effect on the disease.The comparison between the two groups indicates that in improving the SDS score.The treatment group compared with the control groups,the difference was statistically significant p<0.05,the treatment group was more obvious than the control groups.3.PSQI:The comparison between the two groups before treatment was no significant difference between the two groups before treatment(p>0.05),indicating that the PSQI score of the Patients in the two groups before treatment was comparability.Two groups after treatment compared with before treatment,p<0.05,the difference was statistically significant,indicating that after treatment,the two groups of methods have significant effect on the disease.The comparison between the two groups indicates that in improving the PSQI score.The treatment group compared with the control groups,the difference was statistically significant p<0.05,the treatment group was more obvious than the control groups.4.The total effective rate of the treatment group and the control group and the control group was 93.33% and 86.21%,respectively,and the difference was statistically significant after the statistical analysis(p <0.05).Conclusion:On the basis of routine acupuncture combined with the pius fluoxetine,Acupuncture of abdominal acupoints with fluoxetine hydrochloride in the treatment of mild to moderate depression is effective and can significantly improve the depressive symptoms and sleep quality of the patients.
