Research On Regulation Of Medicines For The Treatment By Professor Song Liqun Of Children With Promary Nephrotic Syndrome

Objective: to analyze the prescription of professor song liqun in the treatment of primary nephrotic syndrome in children,and to explore the characteristics and rules of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of primary nephrotic syndrome in children.Methods: 102 cases of children with primary nephrotic syndrome diagnosed and treated by the tutor in the nephropathy clinic of the first affiliated hospital of heilongjiang university of traditional Chinese medicine from 2008 to 2018 were collected and analyzed by SPSS statistical software,frequency,clustering and other statistical methods.Results: in strict accordance with the cases into and exclusion criteria to find out in line with the medical record of 102 cases,of which 101 taste of Chinese medicine treatment of children with primary nephrotic syndrome,using the total frequency of 1701 times,including frequency of traditional Chinese medicines in more than 20 times the smell of 20,79.59% cumulative use frequency,the top ten poria cocos,astragalus,atractylodes,fructus ligustri lucidi,Gordon euryale seed,Cherokee rose,raspberry,licorice,yam,hawthorn.According to the classification of efficacy,sexual taste and meridional statistics of 20 kinds of common drugs,it is concluded that there are 3 types with the use frequency of more than 10%.In descending order,they are tonic for deficiency,solid astringent(solid spermatogenic medicine)and digestitive medicine.The use frequency is 39.60%,24.32% and 15.20% respectively,and the cumulative use frequency is 79.12%.Drug taste to cold,warm,flat and sweet light,bitter.The first five channels of drugs were liver,spleen,lung,kidney and stomach in descending order of use frequency.The first two groups of single dose frequency were 5g,10 g,10g,15 g,15g and 20 g respectively.Cluster analysis showed 3 pairs of common drug combinations and 4 groups of common drug combinations.Conclusion:1,poria cocos,astragalus,atractylodes,fructus ligustri lucidi,Gordon euryale seed,Cherokee rose,raspberry,licorice,yam,hawthorn,milkvetch seed,the divine comedy,malt,dodder,morel,fructus arctii,mantis egg-case,ginkgo is commonly used drugs by teachers for the treatment of primary nephrotic syndrome in children.2.The main therapeutic drugs for children with primary nephrotic syndrome are cold,warm and even.Medicine taste for sweet(light),bitter,sour(acerbity);Meridian is spleen,kidney,liver,stomach and lung.The main efficacy of drugs are classified as tonic for deficiency,astringent for retention of urine and antidiuretic for digestion.Each prescription contains 16 to 18 herbs,and the single dose is related to age.3.The treatment principle of children's primary nephrotic syndrome is to strengthen temper,supplement kidney qi,and restrain lung qi.The basic treatment is tonifying the lung,spleen and kidney,pharynx,water and blood circulation.
