Acupuncture Head Emotional Zone With Body "Tonggong Acupoint" Treatment Of Qi Stagnation And Blood Stasis Type EMs Dysmenorrhea

Object:To treat qi dysmenorrhea with qi stagnation and blood stasis type by acupuncture combined with acral acupuncture and moxibustion,and to observe the comparison of symptom scores before and after treatment,to evaluate the clinical efficacy of this therapy,and to provide new ideas for EMs dysmenorrhea.Methods: 35 patients with qi stagnation and blood stasis type EMs who met the inclusion criteria were included.The pain degree and TCM syndromes were collected before treatment.After the collection is completed,select three needles in the emotional zone of the head.The first needle is between Shenting and Yintang.The other two needles are straight in the eye,parallel to the first needle and “ Tonggong ” : Sanyinjiao,Guanyuan,Intermediate,ground,gas sea,Zusanli,secondary sputum,uterus,blood sea.Operation: The head emotional zone takes a 1.5-inch needle and punctures into the lower layer of the cap-like aponeurosis at a depth of about 1 to 1.2inches.That is,the needle tip is at a 15 degree angle to the scalp.After the puncture,the small amplitude is rapidly twirled.200 times per minute,lasting for two minutes,after the gas is connected to the all-round pulse electrotherapy instrument,using electric pulse stimulation,taking the patient's tolerance for the degree,leaving the needle for 30 minutes;the body Tonggong point takes 1.5 inch needle straight into the 1~1.2 Inch,that is,the needle tip is at a 90 degree angle to the scalp,and the gas is connected to the omnipotent pulse electrotherapy device,which is stimulated by electric pulse,and the patient is tolerated for 30 minutes.Once a day,5times a week,3 months for a course of treatment.At the end of the course of treatment,the improvement of dysmenorrhea,TCM symptoms and local signs of patients with qi stagnation and blood stasis type were observed.Results:There were no significant differences in age,duration of disease,dysmenorrhea scores,and TCM symptom scores among 35 patients with qi stagnation and blood stasis type EMs.The degree of dysmenorrheaand TCM symptoms after treatment were significantly improved before treatment.(P<0.05)Conclusion: Acupuncture combined with body acupuncture and moxibustion for the treatment of qi stagnation and blood stasis type EMs dysmenorrhea has obvious curative effect,and the curative effect is certain.Among them,the cephalic acupuncture has Chinese medicine symptoms that improve qi stagnation and blood stasis.Tonggong points can strengthen the treatment effect of dysmenorrhea,no adverse reactions,and application safety.
