In the context of the “Internet + medical health” situation,although the development of Internet diagnosis and treatment services has achieved certain achievements,it still faces many difficulties.This study focuses on the current problem of low audience acceptance of Internet diagnosis and treatment services,to analysis the factors affecting patients' use of Internet diagnosis and treatment services deeply,and explores suggestions for promoting audience to accept and use Internet diagnosis and treatment services to optimize the development of Internet diagnosis and treatment services.At first,this study uses literature research,combs relevant theories,defines the concept of Internet diagnosis and treatment,and lays a theoretical foundation for the model construction of this study.Secondly,by analysing the use behavior of patients' Internet diagnosis and treatment services and interviewing patients to provide a realistic basis for the selection of the model variables of the study;Then,based on the theoretical basis and the actual basis,the theoretical model of the research is constructed.Finally,the patients who are visiting the medical institutions in Chengdu are investigated and the questionnaires are investigated.Data were collected and analyzed using statistical statistics such as descriptive statistics,chi-square tests,and structural equation modeling to analyze data and validate theoretical models.The results of the study show that:(1)from the descriptive statistics and chi-square test results,the current utilization or knowledge of Internet diagnosis and treatment services are mostly young patients,with a high level of education and rich experience in Internet use.The patients who have not used or are not aware of the Internet diagnosis and treatment services are mostly elderly patients,with a low level of education and less experience in Internet use;(2)The model verification results show that the adaptive model of the theoretical model preset in this study is acceptable,and the five external external potential variables: “performance expectancy”,“effort expectancy”,“social influence”,“price value” and “habit” can jointly explain the 56.5% variation of “behavioral intention”,and the 5 external potential variables and “behavioral intention” can jointly explain the 52.6% variation of “use behavior”;(3)The analysis of mediating effects show that the intention to use has a mediating effect on the relationship between performance expectancy,social impact,price value,habit and use behavior;(4)The analysis of the adjustment effect shows that the relationship between “performance expectancy”,“social influence” and “behavioral intention” moderated by Gender.The relationship between “price value” and “behavioral intention” moderated by Gender.The relationship beteween “behavioral intention”,“habit” and “use behavior” moderated by experience,patient's condition and the difficulty of using medical treatment.Finally,based on the results,the study summarizes the conclusions.According to the conclusion,the management enlightenment of promoting the development of Internet diagnosis and treatment services is proposed from three levels:government,medical institutions and technical support.And pointed out the shortcomings of this research and the future research direction.
