Objective:TO Observe the Clinical efficacy of interlocking intramedullary nail and Lockingcompression plate to therapy the Nonunion of Femur Fractures by the Plate FixationMethods:Retrospective study of the48Nonunion Femur Fractures Treated by the Plate Fixationfrom January2000to June2011.There are25cases Re-treatment by interlocking intramedullarynail,and13cases Accepted Autogenous iliac bone gratf and23by Locking compression plate, and allAccepted Autogenous iliac bone graft. To guide patients limp Functional exercisePost-operative,inform the patients to Shooting X-Ray in time, check the limp function and record theoutcome by special people.Result:The mean operation time of the interlocking intramedullary nailgroup shorter than Locking compression plate group(p<0.05),The Locking compression plate grouphas the shorter clinical union time, and the The long-term efficacy has nodeference(p<0.05).Conclusions:Both methods can make ideal clinical efficacy, clinicians should bechoose the most beneficial internal fixation for Patients. |
