Objective:To understand the clinical characteristics of patients with adnexal torsion,to explore the safety of ovarian preservation surgery in patients with adnexal torsion, and to explore the feasibility of laparoscopic surgery for adnexal torsion.Method:A retrospective analysis was made of the data of patients with adnexal torsion diagnosed in the Second Hospital of Hebei Medical University from 2007 to 2017.The research aims to explore the safety of ovarian preservation surgery in patients with adnexal torsion, and to explore the feasibility of laparoscopic surgery for adnexal torsion.Result: By consulting the case data,142 cases met the requirements. The average age of the patients was 27 years(from January to 86 years). Most of them(71.1%)had no obvious inducement. Most of them are diagnosed with acute or chronic abdominal pain.In this study,15 cases underwent open ovarian preservation surgery,44 cases underwent open appendectomy,27 cases underwent laparoscopic ovarian preservation surgery,31 cases underwent laparoscopic appendectomy,25 cases did not undergo surgical treatment, and one case underwent ultrasound-guided ovarian cyst puncture.42 cases were followed up without complications. The results of this study show that ovarian preservation surgery is safe for patients with adnexal torsion, and laparoscopic treatment of adnexal torsion is safe and feasible, and more conducive to retaining ovarian endocrine and reproductive function. Conclusion:For premenopausal women, laparoscopy should be performed as soon as possible and the ovaries of the patients should be preserved as possible once the adnexal is suspected to be twisted. This study found that ovarian sparing surgery for adnexal torsion did not increase the incidence of thrombosis. And it is safe and feasible.Laparoscopic treatment of adnexal torsion is safe and feasible.
