Objective: In recent years, the prevalence of infertility continues to rise, and which has become a global social and medical problems.Practice has proved that under the guidance of traditional Chinese medicine theory, the drug therapy applied to infertility patients has its unique advantages. However, patients still have doubts about the choice between free-frying Chinese medicine granules and Chinese herbal medicine.According to the principle of clinical rational drug use,the pharmacoeconomic evaluation of Chinese medicine granules and Chinese herbal medicine for infertility treatment was carried out by using the cost-minimization analysis method from the perspective of the whole society. The safety, effectiveness and economical efficiency of the two drug treatment regimes were comprehensively evaluated to provide references for clinical rational use of drugs,so as to alleviate financial burden on patients.Method: According to the inclusion and exclusion criteria, the relevant case data of the infertility patients who were treated with either free-frying Chinese medicine granules or Chinese herbal medicine from January 1,2017 to June 1,2018 was collected.According to the therapeutic drugs used, the cases were divided into free-frying Chinese medicine granules group and Chinese herbal medicine group, and were followed up for 6 months. In the end,a total of 80 patients were included, with 49 in the free-frying Chinese medicine granules group and 31 in the Chinese herbal medicine group.Firstly, the SPSS 21.0 software was used to analyze the baseline data, efficacy index and medical cost of patients between two groups.Secondly, the Treeage Pro 2011 software was used to establish the decision tree model, and then the cost and effectiveness were analyzed with cost-minimization analysis. Finally,Sensitivity analysis of the relevant data of the intervention measures was performed through one-way sensitivity analysis and multi-way sensitivity analysis, setting each parameter floating up and down 15%,the influencing degree of each parameter on the research results was observed. Finally,we obtained the superior and inferior regimen according to the pharmacoeconomics evaluation of the free-frying Chinese medicine granules and Chinese herbal medicine in treating infertility patients.Result:1.The pharmacoeconomic evaluation of the free-frying Chinese medicine granules and Chinese herbal medicine showed that the curative effects of the two interventions were 85.71% for the free-frying Chinese medicine granules group and 77.42% for the Chinese herbal medicine group(P=0.34>0.05).The cost-minimization analysis method was carried out which showed that the cost of traditional Chinese herbal medicine was lower. Therefore, the treatment of infertility with Chinese herbal medicine group has the advantage of pharmacology.2.The one-way sensitivity analysis had been performed for the free-frying Chinese medicine granules and the Chinese herbal medicine. The parameters were set to fluctuate by 15%.Within this fluctuation range, the results showed that the total cost, drug cost of the effective group and the total cost, drug cost of the ineffective group of Chinese herbal medicine were the most influential factors.3.Within this fluctuation range, the multi-factor sensitivity analysis of the total cost and drug cost of the effective group of Chinese herbal medicine showed that the Chinese herbal medicine group always had pharmacoeconomics advantages.Conclusion:1.The pharmacoeconomic evaluation of the free-frying Chinese medicine granules and the Chinese herbal medicine in treating infertility shows that Chinese herbal medicine group has pharmacoeconomic advantages. In clinical treatment,it can be selected according to its own situation. If the excess cost is within the acceptable range of patients,free-frying Chinese medicine granules can be selected too.2.Due to the small sample size and short follow-up time of this topic, this conclusion only corresponds to the results obtained under the conditions of this topic.Subsequent large-scale multi-center pharmacoeconomic evaluations are needed to verify the outcome and obtain higher and more scientific conclusions.
