Objective:Rheumatoid arthritis(RA)is a chronic, rheumatoid arthritis, mainly with inflammatory synovitis,of unknown etiology. In addition to joint deformity and loss of function,it can also be secondary to a variety of complications, such as pulmonary interstitial fibrosis, cardiovascular disease, sjogren's syndrome and osteoporosis are particularly common in clinical.Complications increase the clinical complexity of RA,but there is still no reliable monitoring index,no radical treatment and poor prognosis. There are many types of RA serological detection indicators, such as rheumatoid factor(rheumatoid factor,RF),ring citrulline peptide antibody(anti-cyclic peptide containing citrulline, anti CCP antibody),antinuclear antibody(antinuclear antibody,ANA),c-reactive protein and blood sedimentation, etc.RF is highly sensitive to the early diagnosis of RA,while anti-ccp antibody is highly specific. The combined detection of RF and anti-ccp antibody is of great significance for the initial diagnosis of outpatients. This study intends to analyze the close relationship between anti-ccp antibody and RF expression levels in serum of RA patients and pulmonary interstitial fibrosis, cardiovascular disease, sjogren's syndrome, osteoporosis and other complications,so as to provide an important basis for monitoring disease activity, guiding clinical practice, treatment and reducing or controlling the occurrence and development of complications.Method:The detection results and clinical data of anti-ccp antibody and RF in the serum of 300 patients with RA in a class a hospital in hengshui city were retrospectively analyzed.Anti-ccp antibody>25 U/mL;RF>20IU/mL was set as positive, and the positive rate of the two indicators was calculated.SPSS 18.0 statistical software was used for analysis, and chi-square test was used to compare the incidence of complications in patients with positive and negative indicators.Mean values of anti-ccp antibodies and RF were calculated for 300 patients.Similarly,chi-square test was used to compare the incidence of complications between the above average group and the below average group. The t-test compared CCP antibody and RF expression levels in patients with and without each complication.Results:1.The anti-ccp antibody positive rate and RF positive rate of 300 patients with rheumatoid arthritis were respectively 80.00%and 82.00%.2.Among the 300 samples, the samples with complications such as pulmonary interstitial fibrosis, cardiovascular disease, sclerotherapy, and osteoporosis were 63,59,59,and 45,respectively.The number of patients with anti-ccp antibody positive group complicated with pulmonary interstitial fibrosis accounted for 27.4%at most, followed by patients with sclerotherapy syndrome 26.4%,and the number of patients with osteoporosis at least 20.2%.T he number of patients with pulmonary interstitial fibrosis in the RF positive group was the highest, accounting for 27.5%,followed by the number of sclerotherapy syndrome(26.5%),and the number of patients with osteoporosis was the lowest(20.4%).Compared with the anti-ccp antibody(+)group, the incidence of pulmonary interstitial fibrosis, cardiovascular disease, sclerotic syndrome and osteoporosis in the anti-ccp antibody(-)group was significantly reduced(the four?~2 values were 5.47,6.10,8.02 and 5.88,respectively),and P values were all<0.05,with statistically significant differences.Compared with the RF positive group, the incidence of pulmonary interstitial fibrosis, cardiovascular disease, sere syndrome and osteoporosis in the RF negative group was significantly reduced(the four?~2 values were 5.47,4.51,8.30 and 6.59,respectively),and the P values were all<0.05,with statistically significant differences.3.Mean values of anti-ccp antibody and RF of 300 samples were calculated respectively.Patients with anti-ccp antibody higher than the mean group with pulmonary interstitial fibrosis accounted for 29.1%at most, followed by cardiovascular disease 26.2%,and osteoporosis at least 20.3%.The number of patients with pulmonary interstitial fibrosis complicated with RF higher than the mean group accounted for 27.1%at most, followed by cardiovascular disease 26.6%,and the number of patients with osteoporosis at least 20.2%.Compared with the anti-ccp antibody group higher than the mean value, the incidence of pulmonary interstitial fibrosis, cardiovascular disease, sarid syndrome and osteoporosis in the anti-ccp antibody group lower than the mean value was significantly reduced(the four?~2 values were 14.51,9.72,4.99 and8.24 respectively),and the P values were all<0.05,with statistically significant differences.Compared with the RF group higher than the mean value, the incidence of pulmonary interstitial fibrosis, cardiovascular disease, sarid syndrome and osteoporosis in the RF group lower than the mean value was significantly reduced(the four?~2 values were 5.11,7.64,4.71 and 5.38,respectively),and the P values were all<0.05,with statistically significant differences.4.Compared with the patients complicated with pulmonary interstitial fibrosis, cardiovascular disease, scleroderma syndrome and osteoporosis, the anti-ccp antibody and RF expression levels of the patients without complications were significantly reduced, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Serum anti-ccp antibody and RF expression levels are related to the occurrence and development of RA related complications, and are potential monitoring indicators of related complications.
