Clinical Study On The Effect Of TFA Root Canal Preparation System On The Pain Of Root Canal Treatment

Objective:Root canal treatment is currently the most common and most effective method for the treatment of pulpitis and periapical periodontitis.However,endodontic interappointment pain(EIAP)in root canal treatment has been a problem that is clinically plagued by doctors,seriously affecting patients' confidence in treatment outcomes.In this study,the Tana root canal preparation of the new root canal preparation device was investigated by comparing the incidence of the traditional stainless steel root canal preparation device Kfile,ProTaper nickel-titanium root canal preparation system and TFA nickel-titanium root canal preparation system after root canal preparation.The system's effect on the pain after the root canal preparation,thus guiding the clinical application..Methods:In this study,the clinical periodontal tissue was selected for health,pulpitis caused by rickets,no pain in percussion,and 279 cases of root canal preparation after root canal preparation showed root canal preparation to working length.Among them,137 males and 142 females,aged 18-60 years.All patients were randomly divided into three groups:A,B,and C.Group A used traditional stainless steel root canal preparation device Kfile for root canal preparation,group B used ProTaper root canal preparation system for root canal preparation,and group C used TFA root canal preparation system.The root canal preparation was compared between the C group and the A group,and the C group and the B group were diagnosed after the root canal preparation.The pain of 24 h,72h,and 7d after root canal preparation was recorded in each case.Results:The incidence of inter-patient pain at three time points after root canal preparation in group A was 27.96%,17.20% and 4.30%,respectively.The incidence of pain during the three hours after root canal preparation in group B was 12.90%,8.60% and 2.15%,respectively.The incidence of inter-patient pain at three time points after root canalpreparation in group C was 9.68.%,3.23% and 0%,respectively.The incidence of pain was the highest in the three groups of patients at 24 h after root canal preparation,and gradually decreased with time.The incidence of pain during the three hours after root canal preparation in group C and group A was statistically analyzed.The P values were 0.006185,0.007059 and0.031992,respectively.The P values of 24 h and 72 h were less than 0.01,and the difference was highly statistical.The significance of the study,7d P value is less than0.05,the difference is statistically significant.The incidence of pain during the three hours after root canal preparation in group C and group B was statistically analyzed.The P values were 0.4870,0.1201 and 0.776701,respectively,and the P values were all greater than 0.05.The difference was not statistically significant.Conclusion:The TFA root canal preparation system had the lowest incidence of post-diagnosis pain after root canal preparation.Compared with stainless steel Kfile,it can effectively reduce the incidence of pain after the diagnosis of root canal preparation,but there is no statistical difference compared with ProTaper root canal preparation system.Learning meaning.The use of the TFA root canal preparation system can increase the safety and efficiency,and can reduce the incidence of inter-diagnosis compared with Kfile,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
