Objective:Ovarian cancer is one of the high rates of department of gynaecology common disease,its incidence is second only to cervical cancer,endometrial cancer,a serious threat to women's life.Because many patients without obvious symptoms in early and the lack of effective treatments,when he discovered and confirmed already is late.The pathogenesis of ovarian cancer is not yet clear,and the development of ovarian cancer from the molecular level is a process of co-participation by multiple genes such as oncogene,oncogene and tumor suppressor genes.This paper studies the interaction between these factors and cancer cells in order to provide theoretical support for clinical search of anti-tumor drugs.In recent years,more and more people have paid attention to and studied the relationship between microtubule driver protein and RhoA protein and tumorigenesis..the immunohistochemical technique to detect Kif2 A and RhoA in ovarian cancer tissue expression level and clinical stage other relations,so as to provide reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment.Methods:Specimens were selected in affiliated Hospital of Qindao University between june2014 to june2016,resected ovarian cancer spciments(45cases)?benign ovarian epithelial tumor spciments(25 cases)and normal ovarian spciments(20 cases).None of the patients had chemotherapy or radiotherapy before removal of the ovary,Normal ovarian tissue is taken from the uterus and excised the normal ovary,All cases were confirmed by pathology after operation.Ovarian cancer pathological types: serous 21 cases,endometrioid 15 cases,mucous 9 cases;pathological grading: 16 cases in low differentiation,high shool differentiation of 29 cases;FIGO stage is I-II 26 cases,III-IV 19 cases;In cleaning the lymph node found that transfers of 15 cases.Immunohistochemical method was applied to detect different expression of Kif2 A and RhoA in these three organizations.Differences of expression of Kif2 A and RhoA in ovarian cancer tissues?benign ovarian tumor tissues and normal ovarian tissues were analysed,Correlations of expression of Kif2 A and RhoA to clinical pathological parameters and their correlations were analysed.Results:(1)The positive expression rate of Kif2 A in ovarian cancer tissues?in benign ovarian tumor tissue and normal ovarian tissues were 77.8%?20% and 15%,respectively.The difference in these three organizations was statistically significant(P < 0.05);And both in benign ovarian tissue and normal ovarian tissue expression differences of no statistical significance(P > 0.05).The positive rate of the expression of Kif2 A protein in clinical stage III was significantly increaser than the stage I/II in ovarian cancer tissue(P < 0.05);the Kif2 A positive rate in lymph node metastasis was significantly increaser than those without lymph node metastasis(P < 0.05);Kif2A expression has nothing to do with age,pathological type,histological,the difference was not statistically significant(P > 0.05).(2)The positive expression rate of RhoA in ovarian cancer tissues?in benign ovarian tumor tissue and normal ovarian tissues were 62%?16% and 10%,respectively.The difference in these three organizations was statistically significant(P < 0.05);And both in benign ovarian tissue and normal ovarian tissue expression differences of no statistical significance(P > 0.05).The positive rate of the expression of RhoA protein in poorly differentiated tissue was significantly increaser than well differentiated in ovarian cancer tissue(P < 0.05);the RhoA positive rate in lymph node metastasis was significantly increaser than those without lymph node metastasis(P < 0.05);RhoA expression has nothing to do with age,pathological type,clinical stage,the difference was not statistically significant(P > 0.05).Conclusion:(1)The positive rate of Kif2 A and RhoA protein expression in ovarian cancer tissues was higher than that of normal ovarian tissues and Ovarian epithelial benign tumor,Both are involved in the development of ovarian cancer.(2)The expression of Kif2 A and RhoA was closely related to lymph node metastasis.(3)The expression of Kif2 A and RhoA was positively correlated in ovarian cancer,They're both oncogenes.They may be involved in the occurrence,development,invasion and metastasis of ovarian cancer.
