Objective:The purpose of this paper is to observe the clinical eff-icacy of the combined rehabilitation with conventional physical therapy and posture correct rehabilitation training in the treatment of cervical spondylosis and praide a thory basis clinical practice for the combined rehabilitation with conventional physical therapy and posture correct rehabilitation training.Methods:60 subjects were screened, symptoms, gender and age also improved within all groups with no between group differences. Methods a randomized, double blind paired trial on the conventional physical therapy group, posture correct rehabilitation training group and the combined rehabilitation with conventional physical therapy and posture correct rehabilitation training group was conducted on 60 subjects. The experimental scheme is divided into two parts:the posture correct rehabilitation training and the functional test and evaluation is divided into three parts:before the experiment began, the day of the experiment ended and the posture correct rehabilitation training stopped for 4weeks.The test covered ROM,VAS,SF-36.NDI.SFMA.The posture correct rehabilitation training was used in the combined rehabilitation with conventional physical therapy and posture correct rehabilitation training group and posture correct rehabilitation training groupResults:(1)The three intervention schemes are effective in improving the symptoms of cervical spondylosis. After intervention, the clinical cure rate of group B was better than that of group A and group C.(2)ROM:After intervention, the flexion,extension,left-handed,right-handed,left-handed,left-handed and right-handed flexion of the cervical spine joint were significantly improved in the conventional physical factor therapy combined with posture correction training group, and the difference was significant before and after intervention(P<0.01);the left/right-handed and left/right-handed flexion of the posture correction rehabilitation training group were all improved significantly(P<0.01).The improvement was obvious(P<0.05).After comparing group A with group B,it was observed that there were significant differences in all observation items(P<0.01);after comparing group B with group C,it was found that all items except right-handed had statistical significance(P<0.05).There was no statistical difference between group A and group C.(3)VAS:Compared with before intervention, after intervention, the cervical pain visual analogue scale score(VAS)showed that the pain relief was good in the conventional physical factor treatment group(P<0.05),the average before intervention was 4.50(+0.607),and the average after intervention was 2.25(+0.851);the pain relief was good in the conventional physical factor treatment combined with posture correction rehabilitation training group(P<0.05).The average of pain relief was 4.55(+0.510)before intervention and 2.15(+0.933)after intervention. The average of pain relief was 4.35(+0.489)before intervention and 3.40(+0.503)after intervention. After comparing group A with group B and group C,the results showed that there was statistical difference(p<0.05);after comparing group B with group C,there was no statistical difference.(4)NDI:Compared with the pre-intervention group, the treatment effect of the routine physical factor treatment group of cervical dysfunction index(NDI)after intervention was statistically significant(P<0.05).The average value before intervention was 37.05(+2.762),and the average value after intervention was 15.55(+1.877).There was statistical difference between the two groups before and after intervention in the treatment of routine physical factors and rehabilitation training of posture correction. The improvement of posture correction training group was significant(P<0.05),with an average of 37.95(+3.441)before intervention and 21(+3.441)after intervention. After comparing group B with group A and group C,the results showed that there was statistical difference(p<0.05);after comparing group A with group C,there was no statistical significance(P>0.05).(5)SF-36:Compared with before intervention, after intervention, the results of SF-36 showed that after 12 weeks of intervention, the relief of subjective satisfaction was good. After comparing group B with group A and group C,it was found that there was statistical significance(p<0.05);after comparing group A with group C,it was found that there was no statistical significance(p>0.05).(6)SFMA:Compared with before intervention, after intervention, the results of SFMA were comparatively analyzed. Before intervention, the number of TED and SMCD was similar. After intervention, the number of subjects was significantly more focused on SMCD.Functional and pain aspects,DP FP status was significantly reduced. After intervention, more subjects could reach FN and a few patients were at DN level.Conclusion:(1)Three kinds of interventions are effective in relieving the symptoms of cervical spondylosis;(2)Conventional physical factor therapy can alleviate pain very well, and has a significant effect on improving head and neck pain in patients with cervical spondylotic myelopathy;(3)Simple postural rehabilitation training can better improve the constraints of lateral flexion and rotation of cervical spine joints;(4)Posture correction rehabilitation training combined with routine physical factor therapy can quickly improve the pain of patients with cervical spondylosis and promote functional recovery. The curative effect is better than that of simple physical factor therapy or simple posture correction rehabilitation training;(5)It was found that in the patients with cervical spondylotic myelopathy, there were limitations of rotation and lateral flexion in 90%.
