Design And Implementation Of A Standardized Medical Equipment Management System

With the development of China's medical and health undertakings,hospitals are expanding rapidly,and medical equipment is rapidly growing as an important part of modern hospitals and is constantly being updated.The original manual registration and manual inquiry modes of the hospital have been unable to meet the requirements of refined management.The management of medical equipment needs to be changed from the manual to the informational.Therefore,it is urgent to standardize and manage medical equipment by means of information technology.In this thesis we are aimed at the intensive management of medical equipment,and has researched and designed a standardized medical equipment management system to support the management functions of procurement budget,assets,equipment maintenance,asset borrowing,contracts,etc.It covers the whole life cycle management process of medical equipment.According to the design process of the software system,we first analyzes the requirements based on the communication with the clinical departments,and then introduces the technical basis,design ideas,architecture,implementation process,etc.of the system.Finally,through a series of black boxes' s test.The test verified the feasibility and practicability of the software system.The entire medical device management system adopted the B/S architecture form,and JAVA language was applied for program writing and implementation.In addition to designing the computer terminal,the system adds mobile terminal functions such as mobile APP,We Chat applet,and SMS notification,which is convenient to use.The medical equipment management system has a clear hierarchy,friendly interface and convenient use.The design and implementation of the standardized medical equipment management system meets the requirements of the hospital for the fine management of medical equipment and enhances the information management level of the hospital.
