Objective:To observe the expression of CK7 in endometrioid adenocarcinoma and its lymph node tissue, and to analyze the relationship between CK7 and lymph node micrometastasis of endometrial carcinoma. Methods:Selection during June 2016 to July 2018 in the first affiliated hospital of Shanxi medical university after surgical treatment of department of gynaecology diagnosis of endometrial adenocarcinoma patients's cancer histopathological wax block 385,48 cases and lymph nodes by immunohistochemical method respectively for endometrial carcinoma tissues and lymph nodes in the organization of CK7 expression in testing,to explore the expression and significance.Results:1.CK7 was expressed in all the 48 cases of endometrioid adenocarcinoma, and the positive rate was 100%.2.In 385 lymph nodes, the detection rate of conventional HE staining pathology was4.1%(16/385),and the detection rate of CK7 immunohistochemical method was 18.4%(71/385),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).3.The positive expression rate of CK7 was 7.6%(15/198)in the lymph nodes of stage I endometrioid adenocarcinoma,17%(18/104)in the lymph nodes of stage II endometrioid adenocarcinoma, and 32.8%(22/67)in the lymph nodes of all stage III patients without metastasis after HE staining. The difference was statistically significant(?~2=25.8,P<0.05).4.CK7 expression was not related to the invasion depth of myometrium in tumor tissue(P=0.771>0.05).CK7 expression was related to the degree of differentiation of tumor tissue(P=0.003<0.01).Conclusion:1.CK7 immunohistochemical staining has higher specificity than HE staining, and can detect endometrioid adenocarcinoma lymph node micrometastasis, which can be used to guide the subsequent treatment of patients.2.The expression of CK7 in the lymph node tissue of endometrioid adenocarcinoma was related to the surgical stage, and the degree of differentiation of tumor tissue, but not to the degree of muscle invasion of the tumor.
