Objective:The purpose of this study was to investigate the changes of coagulation-fibrinolysis factors and hematocrit(HCT)in patients with hypoxic pulmonary hypertension(HPH),to observe the correlation between coagulation-fibrinolysis factors and HCT with arterial blood gas and pulmonary artery systolic pressure(PASP),we aim to explore the clinical significance of coagulation-fibrinolysis factors and HCT in the diagnosis and treatment of HPH.Methods:This study was a prospective study enrolled 31 patients with HPH who were diagnosed to the Department of Respiratory and Critical Care Medicine,First Hospital of Shanxi Medical University from November 2017 to November 2018,as the experimental group of the study.34 healthy persons who underwent physical examination at First Hospital of Shanxi Medical University as a normal control group during the period.Coagulation-fibrinolysis factors,HCT and arterial blood gas were measured in 31 patients with HPH and the 34 controls,PASP was measured in 31 patients with HPH.Results:(1)von Willebrand Factor(vWF),plasminogen activator inhibitor type-one(PAI-1),tissue plasminogen activator(t-PA)and arterial partial pressure of carbon dioxide(PaCO2)in patients with HPH were significantly higher than the controls(P<0.01),protein c(PC)and arterial partial pressure of oxygen(PaO2)in patients with HPH were significantly lower than the controls(P<0.01);(2)Compared with the controls, the ratio of t-PA to PAI-1 was significantly lower in patients with HPH(P < 0.01);(3)PASP was positively correlated with vWF,PAI-1,HCT and PaCO2,PaCO2 was positively correlated with vWF,PAI-1 and HCT.Conclusion:The changes of coagulation-fibrinolysis factors and HCT are significant for the prognosis and treatment of patients with HPH.
