Objective:To investigate the effect of serum 1,25-dihydroxyvitamin D3(1,25-(OH)2-Vit D3)level on acute attack asthma in menopause patients.Methods:40 cases of menopause patients with acute asthma who admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to May 2018 and met the inclusion criteria were collected as the experimental group.During the same period,40 patients who met the inclusion criteria for physical examination in our hospital were collected as the control group.Fasting blood samples of all subjects were collected.The experimental group was collected in next morning after admission,centrifuged and collected serum,and stored in a refrigerator of –70 ?.Serum 1,25-(OH)2-Vit D3 was detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA).On the day of admission,all study subjects in the experimental group were graded by ACT scale and collected on the spot.Meanwhile,their pulmonary function at admission was collected and FEV1,estimated value of FEV1%(FEV1%pred)and FVC value of FEV1%(FEV1/FVC)were recorded.Results:The serum level of 1,25-(OH)2-Vit D3 in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).In menopause patients with acute asthma,ACT scale score,FEV1,FEV1%pred and FEV1/FVC was positively correlated with serum 1,25-(OH)2-Vit D3 level.(P<0.05).Conclusions:Serum level of 1,25-(OH)2-Vit D3 were significantly decreased in patients with menopause acute asthma.The lower the serum level of 1,25-(OH)2-Vit D3,the more severe the acute attack of menopause asthma,and the worse the lung function.
