Jianpi Yangyin Huoxue Recipe For Patients With Esophageal Cancer Radiotherapy Malnutrition And The Effects Of TNF-? And IL-6

Objectives Nutritional status is an important factor affecting the prognosis of patients with esophageal cancer after radiotherapy.Through clinical observation of the curative effect and safety of Jianpi Yangyin Huoxue Recipe combined with nutritional intervention on malnutrition of patients undergoing radiotherapy for esophageal cancer,the pathological essence of malnutrition after radiotherapy for esophageal cancer was clarified,which further provided objective basis for the clinical application of this prescription and enriched the scientific connotation of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of asthenia.Methods Seventy patients who met the inclusion criteria were selected as subjects.According to their conditions and needs,the patients were divided into control group and treatment group,with 30 patients in each group.The control group was given acid-base balance,electrolyte disorder prevention,and nutritional support treatment such as infusion of amino acid,fat milk,albumin,etc.The treatment group was given the treatment of Jianpi Yangyin Huoxue Recipe on the basis of the control group.Patients in both groups were treated for 6 weeks.At the end of the treatment,the patients were compared and evaluated from the KPS score,PG-SGA scale score,TCM symptom scale score,biochemical indexes,immunological indexes and cytokines,etc.Result(1)There was no significant difference in body weight between the two groups before and after treatment(P>0.05).The treatment group and the control group remained stable during the treatment,indicating that the treatment group had no obvious advantage in maintaining or increasing the weight of the patient.(2)The efficacy of PG-SGA after treatment in both groups.Before the treatment,the PG-SGA of the two groups were compared with P=0.915 P>0.05.There was no statistical difference between the two groups.The two groups were comparable.After 3 weeks,the PG-SGA of the two groups were all P>0.05 after t test There was no statistical difference.After the 4th and 5th week of treatment,the PG-SGA of the two groups were P<0.05 after t test.The difference between the two groups was higher than that before treatment.The average score of PG-SGA in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).it is good.(3)The average scores of KPS after treatment were higher than those before treatment,and the average score of KPS in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group;the comparison between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05);indicating that both groups can improve the physical strength of the patients.The condition,the treatment group worked well.(4)Compared with the improvement of TCM symptoms after treatment,the effective rate of the treatment group was 81.1%,and that of the control group was 50.0%.The effective rate of the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The results showed that both treatments could improve the symptoms of TCM,but the treatment group was better in terms of effective efficiency.(6)After treatment,the average scores of IL-6 in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the average decrease of IL-6 in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group;the comparison between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05);The IL-6 level was lowered and the treatment group was better.After treatment,the average scores of TNF-? in the two groups were lower than those before treatment.The average decrease of TNF-? in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The level of ? was better in the treatment group.Conclusion In this study,70 cases of esophageal cancer radiotherapy patients who were hospitalized in the Chinese medicine department of Tangdu Hospital found that Jianpi Yangyin Huoxue Recipe is better than Western medicine in improving card score,PG-SGA score and cytokine level.Supporting treatment;Jianpi Yangyin Huoxue Recipe can significantly reduce the MDASI-TCM score of patients,alleviate the clinical symptoms and improve the quality of life of patients;Jianpi Yangyin Huoxue Recipe does not have side effects and reduces the side effects of radiotherapy.Improve patient compliance and ensure the smooth completion of treatment.Therefore,Jianpi Yangyin Huoxue Recipe can be implemented in clinical practice.
