In recent years,thrombotic diseases such as cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases have gradually developed into the biggest killer causing death in China's population,and the incidence rate is increasing,which has caused great harm to human health.The test related to thrombosis and hemostasis has important guiding effects on early examination and preoperative risk assessment of patients.The detection of blood coagulation is an indispensable item in the process of disease diagnosis.Traditional hemagglutination testing is done manually,which is time consuming and has large measurement errors.With the increase in the number and complexity of clinical hemagglutination test samples,manual methods have been unable to meet the testing needs and have been replaced by automated coagulation testing devices.At present,the mainstream automatic coagulation detection devices on the blood coagulation market at home and abroad have applied different detection methods,which have their technical advantages.However,for the domestic hospital inspection department,the imported products are not only expensive,but also inconvenient to repair,and it is difficult to promote them in a large scale.Used,the domestic coagulation detection device has limited testing items and is not efficient.At the same time,for patients with oral anticoagulant drugs,regular visits to the hospital for time-consuming and costly,untimely testing may have unfortunate consequences.Based on the research status of coagulation detection,this thesis studies and develops two kinds of coagulation analysis and detection devices for thrombus and hemostasis for different application scenarios,which can provide valuable indicators for monitoring and treatment of blood coagulation.This paper mainly starts the research work from the following parts:(1)Analyzed the purpose and significance of coagulation function test.The research purpose and development trend of coagulation analysis and detection device at home and abroad were introduced,and the research purpose of this subject was expounded.(2)A design scheme based on embedded automatic coagulation analysis and detection device is proposed,including main control module scheme,motion control module scheme,temperature control scheme,coagulation analysis and detection scheme and human-computer interaction module scheme.Through the design and processing of mechanical structure,with the design and application of hardware circuits and software programs,a complete automatic coagulation analysis and detection device was finally built.(3)Propose a design scheme of coagulation analysis and detection device based on microfluidic chip.By briefly describing the commonly used materials and processes of microfluidic chip,combined with the analysis of the design principle of microfluidic coagulation analysis and detection device,a miniature The coagulation analysis detection platform is functionally verified.(4)Combining the performance test results of two coagulation analysis and detection devices,respectively expounding their functional advantages,summarizing the commonalities and differences of the two devices,and putting forward opinions and suggestions on their application scenarios.
