Objective: The application of fresh medicine has a long history and a very important value in the clinical practice of Chinese medicine.However,most of the fresh herbs are used in the practical application.Therefore,this topic first of fresh purslane were studies on quality standard,fresh portulaca oleracea crude drug is stable and controllable in quality assurance;for in-depth study of purslane fresh and dried herbs quality difference,purslane fresh and dried herbs chemical constituents and content analysis;this paper also by bacteriostatic test in vitro,explore purslane fresh and dried herbs antibacterial effect difference.Methods: First of fresh purslane amaranth characters,microscopic identification,TLC,water,total flavonoids content determination research,microscopic identification and TLC using paraffin method,thin layer chromatography,fresh purslane water were measured by oven drying method,by UV spectrophotometry of total flavonoids content determination;by thin layer chromatography(TLC)comparative study of purslane fresh and dried medicinal chemical composition,total flavonoids,polysaccharides,total alkaloids,quercetin content as index,study of purslane fresh and dried herbs differences in chemical components;Finally,the in vitro antibacterial test tube plate method,fresh and dried herbs comparative study on antibacterial action of portulaca oleracea.Results: The expansion system of TLC was toluene-chloroform-ethyl form-formate,leonuri portulacae herba recens,the content of water was not less than 75.0%,the content of flavonoids was not less than 1.0mg/g,portulacae herba recens TLC of two additional spots more than portulacae herba,Such as purslane the amount of fresh and dried herbs flavonoids content were 15.55mg/g and 10.75mg/g;The contents of polysaccharide were 8.88mg/g and 8.96mg/g;The contents of alkaloids were 0.95mg/g and 0.66mg/g;The contents of quercetin were 0.0018mg/g and 0.0097mg/g;portulacae herba recens inhibitory effect on the shigella shigae?escherichia coli strong to purslane,there was no significant difference in the inhibitory effect of staphylococcus aureus.Conclusion: To establish a quality standard for the feasible simple,good repeatability,high sensitivity,can be used for the quality control standard of fresh purslane.Studies have shown that purslane fresh and dried part of chemical composition content of medicinal herbs are different,inhibition on escherichia coli,staphylococcus aureus,shigella dysenteriae also exist differences in different degree,and provide scientific basis for clinical better use of purslane herb,for the rational development and use fresh herbs resources to provide new ideas.
