Objective: This paper explores the connotation of intuition, reason and doctrine of the mean, and proposes the thinking of TCM diagnosis and treatment based on Confucian intuition. Methods: Analyze and explore the characteristics and connotation of intuitive thinking, combine Confucian classics with clinical and life practice, explore the connotation of Confucian intuition thinking, and combine traditional medical records with clinical diagnosis and treatment, and put forward the TCM diagnosis and treatment ideas based on Confucian intuition thinking.Views and theories. Results and Conclusion: Intuitive thinking is relative to rational thinking.Based on the current level of intuition,it rejects the thinking of reasoning beyond the intuitive level. The state of intuitive thinking determines the subject's perception of foreign objects, the subjective experience of foreign objects, and the intuitive perception that determines the relationship between things and things. The doctrine of the mean of intuitional thinking is a philosophical thought with a neutral pursuit as a thorough pursuit and an intuitive thinking as a method. The specific practice of the doctrine of the mean is based on the current perception, responding to the current state,so as to achieve neutrality in the intuition.Based on the thinking of traditional Chinese medicine diagnosis and treatment based on Confucian intuition thinking,it emphasizes the intuitive factors in the diagnosis and treatment and the neutralization state in the intuitive level. From the aspects of clinical diagnosis and treatment and doctor-patient communication,it emphasizes that doctors regard patients and drugs as one,and in the intuitive level of diagnosis and treatment. And the state as the goal, abandon the doctor's dependence on absolute cure in the diagnosis and treatment, and abandon the methods and understanding beyond the intuitive level.
