The physical education examination in middle school entrance examination is a basic measure to promote students' physical and mental development,to improve students'physical quality and to enhance students' willpower in China.Physical education is also a compulsory examination for junior high school students to enter high school.The test scores will be directly added to the middle school entrance examination results.So the society,schools and parents all attach great importance to the conduct situation of physical education.However,after investigating and consulting a large number of documents,it's easy to find that the school's training of the physical education for middle school entrance examination tends to be arranged intensively in Junior Three.And the school improved the sports performance by only increasing the number of weekly physical education classes,adding the training intensity and training volume in each physical education class as the fundamental.Students carried out high-load and high-intensity training without systematic learning and exercise,moreover,the heavy learning pressure and few exercise time made the students with poor physical fitness had sports trauma during the sports training in Junior Three.A lot of students were afraid to exercise or unwilling to exercise for a long time after the injury,which had inevitably lead to poor health and serious decline in sports performance.Through tracking and investigating the one year of sports in Junior Three,this paper mainly studies the sports trauma of students during the exercise in this year,sorting out the pattern of injury and the causes,providing scientific instruction for the preparation of physical education in the middle school entrance examination and physical education in Junior Three.Discovering the characteristics of sports trauma in physical education class to provide new perspectives and methods for future physical education,and to give reference for preventing sports trauma better in the future.This paper adopts documentation,survey,mathematical statistics and logic analysis method to conduct follow-up surveys and questionnaire among the Junior Three students of three schools in Haizhou District of Lianyungang City in 2018.Through the analysis and research,the following conclusions are drawn:1.According to the survey of the current situation of sports trauma on Junior Three students in Lianyungang City:I.During the sports of the year in Junior Three,47.6%of the students had sports trauma,and the male students had a higher injury rate than the female students;II.The time of sports trauma occurred intensively in the three months from December 2017 to February 2018;?.The injuries are mainly muscle strain,periostitis and joint sprain.Legs,knees,ankles and lower back are the parts which were injured mostly,less injuries in other parts,and chronic injuries are more than acute injuries;?.50 meters sprint is the test which most likely cause sports trauma,followed by standing long jump and medicine ball.2.The causes of sports trauma for Junior Three students in Lianyungang City are mainly physical factors,psychological factors,technical factors,organizational factors and objective factors.3.For the cuases of the sports trauma for Junior Three students in Lianyungang City,the preventive measures are discussed from the perspective of teacher education,students and schools.
