Myopia is one of the important issues affecting contemporary students. Many studies try to explore effective ways to prevent and treat myopia from different perspectives.Physical rehabilitation is a way to restore injuries by using various methods of exercise. The fundamental cause of myopia is the disorder of ciliary muscle accommodation function. Therefore,it is possible to help maintain and restore visual acuity by training ciliary muscle accommodation function with special methods. The aim of this study was to explore the strategy of intervening ciliary muscle accommodation and affecting visual acuity through specific sports. In this study, the specially designed exercise methods were used as intervention factors, the dynamic visual acuity as an index to measure the ciliary muscle accommodation ability, and the static visual acuity as a dependent variable.38 young swimmers aged 6-9 of the swimming team of Changshu Sports School were selected as subjects for two months' experimental intervention.Result:?There is a moderate correlation between dynamic vision and static vision, and the correlation can be further improved by special physical exercise.?There was no statistically significant difference in dynamic visual acuity between boys and girls.;the static binocular vision of boys is higher than that of girls, the difference is statistically significant.?Static visual acuity and dynamic visual acuity changed little in the earlier stage of experimental intervention, and the later effect was obvious. The design of the study can achieve the expected goals.?Dynamic vision changes ahead of static vision.?The improvement of static binocular vision of male students is more obvious than that of girls.
