Objective:To discuss the clinical diagnosis value of Transrectal Ultrasound(TRUS)combined with Magnetic Resonance Imaging(MRI)on different serum Prostate Specific Antigen(PSA)Prostate Cancer(PCa).Methods:The clinical data of 176 patients in our hospital suspected prostatic cancer were analyzed retrospectively,on the period of January,2016 to December,2017..The puncture method for these patients were transperineal prostate system plus potential lesion puncture. The patient were divided into 4 groups of A,B,C and D by the following standard:4 ng/ml<PSA?10 ng/ml?10 ng/ml<PSA?20 ng/ml?20 ng/ml<PSA?30 ng/ml?PSA>30 ng/ml.The sensitivity, specificity, missed diagnosis rate, misdiagnosis rate and other indicators for PCa diagnosis of TRUS,MRI,and TRUS combined with MRI under different PSAs were compared. Results:Among the 176 cases of potential PCa patients, the positive rate of PCa puncture in group A,B,C,and D were respectively 15.2%,42.3%,60.4%,and 68.5%.When PSA>10 ng/ml,compared TRUS with TRUS combined with MRI,the sensitivity showed statistically difference(P<0.05),in B,C,D groups. When 10 ng/ml<PSA<20 ng/ml,compared TRUS with MRI,there were significant differences in sensitivity and specificity(P<0.05)in group B.There was no significant difference among groups in comparisons between the different approaches. Conclusion:When PSA>10 ng/ml un potential PCa patients,it was suggested to apply TRUS combined with MRI for examination, which will improve the positive detection rate of PCa.
