Investigation Study Of TCM Constitution Identification Of The Elderly In Ren Yang Community Of Changshou City

Objective To investigate and study the TCM Constitution identification of the elderly in Ren Yang Community of Changshou City.Methods 2266 cases of elderly people in Changshou City from February 2017 to February 2018 were randomly selected,the questionnaire was filled out and the physical identification of the information collection of the tongue surface was analyzed.The questionnaire included the personal information,such as name,marriage,eating habits,and other personal health information,such as the history of disease,the history of drug treatment and so on.Quality identification questionnaire,and then the ages,genders,different ages groups of traditional Chinese medicine identification characteristics,different professions,eating habits of the elderly people of traditional Chinese medicine identification characteristics were statistically analyzed.Results Among the 2266 cases of the elderly,there were 552 cases of qi deficiency,470 cases of dampness and heat,351 cases of phlegm and wet quality,286 cases of yin deficiency,177 cases of qi stagnation,153 cases of blood stasis,147 cases of flat and mass,102 cases of Yang deficiency,28 cases of special temperament,accounting for 24.36%?20.74%?15.49%?12.62%?7.81%?6.75%?6.49%?4.50%?1.24%of the total respectively.In terms of gender,there were 1022 males and 1244 females,accounting for 45.1%and 54.9%of the total respectively.The proportion of qi deficiency,damp heat and qi stagnation of the male elderly were significantly lower than the female elderly(P<0.05),and the proportions of yin deficiency,level,quality and yang deficiency were significantly higher than the elderly(P<0.05).In terms of age,922cases were 65-69 years old,773cases were 70-74years old,57lcases were 75-79 years old,accounting for 40.69%?34.11%?25.20%of the total respectively.As the age of the elderly increased,the proportions of qi stagnation,level and quality gradually decreased(P<0.05),and the proportions of phlegm,yin deficiency and blood stasis gradually increased(P<0.05).With the increasing of age,the proportions of qi deficiency,level,quality and yang deficiency gradually decreased(P<0.05),and the proportions of blood stasis gradually increased(P<0.05),with the increasing of age,the proportions of qi deficiency,level,quality and yang deficiency gradually decreased(P<0.05),and the proportions of Yin deficiency and blood stasis gradually increased(P<0.05).In terms of occupation,there were 1215 manual workers and 1051 mental workers,accounting for 53.62%?46.38 of the total respectively.The proportions of qi deficiency,level and quality of manual labourers were significantly higher than mental workers(P<0.05),and the proportions of phlegm and yin deficiency was significantly lower than mental workers(P<0.05).In terms of eating habits,361 cases of light diet,753 cases of hot and sour diet,685 cases of sweet and greasy diet and 467 cases of other diet,accounted for 15.93%?33.23%?30.23%?20.61%of the total respectively.The proportions of flat and quality of elderly people with light diet were significantly higher thanhot and sour diet,sweet and greasy diet,and other elderly people(P<0.05).The proportions of qi deficiency and yin deficiency in the hot and sour diet were significantly higher than light diet,sweet and greasy diet,other diet old people(P<0.05),and the damp heat and phlegm wet quality ratios of the elderly people with sweet and greasy diet were significantly higher than mild diet,sour spicy diet and other diets(P<0.05).Conclusion The physique of traditional Chinese medicine of different sexes,ages,occupations and eating habits in Changshou City's Ren Yang community are significant,and the health guidance for the elderly in the pathological constitution can promote the effective improvement of the health quality of the elderly.
