Objective:In order to evaluate the efficacy of tartary buckwhe at noodles in lowering the blood glucose and blood lipid scientifical 1y,through clinical experiment,this study discuss the effect of nood les made by tartaiy buckwheat on blood glucose,blood lipid,glyco sylated hemoglobin,insulin,blood pressure and the indexes of liver and kidney function in the patients with type 2 diabetes,observing its curative effect and adverse reaction,to provide new method an d theory of dietary therapy for the patients with type 2 diabetes.Methods:70 patients diagnosed with type 2 diabetes from Jan uary 2016 to May 2017 in our hospital were recruited,told them t he meaning of this experiment and signed informed consent.The da ily calorie intake was fixed according to the patient's weight and da ily activity,and their hypoglycemic agent remained unchanged.Afte r standard dietary intervention for 3 months,70 patients were divid ed into 2 groups according to the random principle.35 cases in gr oup A,take low-dose tartary buckwheat noodles in daily breakfast,35 cases in group B,the daily breakfast and dinner take high-dose tartary buckwheat noodles,each intervention in 15 days,the calorie intake during the intervention was the same as standard diet.In det ect indicator the day before intervention and 16 days from venous blood fasting plasma glucose(FPG),2-hour postprandial glucose(2h-P G),fasting insulin(FINS),glycosylated hemoglobin(HbAlc),total ch olesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG),low density lipoprotein cholesterol(L DL-C),high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C),liver and kidn ey function,measure the height,weight and blood pressure.During the intervention,patients were supervised by telephone to measure their fasting and blood glucose of 2 hours after eating noodles,and adverse reaction occurred during the intervention were recorded.Result:(1)Compared with before the intervention,the levels of fasting plasma glucose,2-hour postprandial glucose,and glycosylated hem oglobin in group A and group B were decreased after 15 days int ervention,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.01).(2)Compared with before the intervention,the levels of total cholesterol decreased in group A,and the differences was statisticall y significant(P<0.05).The levels of total cholesterol and triglycerid e were decreased in group B,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).(3)Compared with before the intervention,the insulin level of t he patients in group A increased after intervention,and the differen ces was statistically significant(P<0.05).HOMA-IR and HOMA-? s howed no significant change in group A and B,and the differences have no statistically significant(P>0.05).(4)Compared with before the intervention,there was no signific ant change in liver and kidney function in group A and B,and the differences have no statistically significant(P>0.05).(5)Compared with before the intervention,systolic blood pres sure and diastolic blood pressure showed no significant change in g roup A and B,and the differences have no statistically significant(P>0.05).(6)There was no significant difference in fasting plasma gluc ose,2-hour postprandial glucose,glycosylated hemoglobin and insuli n between group A and B after intervention(P>0.05).(7)The triglyceride decreased significantly in group B after i ntervention,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the changes of total cholesterol,low density lipoprotein and high density lipoprotein were not significantly different between group A and B(P>0.05).Conclusion:The tartary buckwheat noodles can reduce the levels of blood glucose and blood lipids in patients with type 2 diabetes effectively,but without significant improvement in blood pressure,body weight and islet function,and at the same time have no harm to liver and kidney function,which has good security.
