Constrast Of Curative Effects About Different Clinical Types Of Inguinal Hernias Using Laparoscopic Repair

Objective:To compare the therapeutic effects of laparoscopic repair in different types of inguinal hernia.Methods:A total of 140 patients with inguinal hernia from May 2010 to April 2016 were selected as the study objects.Of them,70 cases of type ? and ? inguinal hernia were set as group A and 70 cases of type ? inguinal hernia were set as group B.Transabdominal preperitoneal(TAPP)or total extraperitoneal(TEP)were performed in both groups.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results:The operation was successfully completed in both groups.The incidence of hernia sac transection in the group B was 41.43%,which was significantly higher than 10.00%in the group A(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in the operation time,operation way,length of hospital stay,VAS score and incidences of seroma,urinary retention and wound infection between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions:Laparoscopic repair is worth popularizing and applying in the treatment of type III inguinal hernia.
