Backgrounds Hypertension is a cardiovascular disease characterized by elevated arterial blood pressure. It often manifests organic or functional changes of related organs, such as heart, brain, kidney and retina, and often accompanies abnormal metabolism of fat and sugar. Therefore,it is a systemic organ remodeling disease. The occurrence of hypertension is closely related to many factors, some of which are immutable, such as age, genetic factors, and so on.Some factors can be changed, such as obesity and overweight, high salt diet, heavy drinking, lack of physical activity and so on.The latter plays an important role in the pathogenesis and prevention of hypertension. If you want to be healthy, you have to change your bad lifestyle. Objective To understand the status and level of lifestyle and behavior, the prevalence of hypertension and the relationship between lifestyle and hypertension among residents aged 18-69 in Lishui City. Methods The multi-stage random sampling method was adopted.According to the sample of county-township(town,street)-village(community),9 counties and districts in Lishui(population number 2523876),1 county(population number 408463 in Liandu district),3 towns and 2 urban districts representing the countryside, and 3 neighborhood committees(administrative villages)in each township(street)were randomly selected, and the survey pairs were randomly selected from each neighborhood committee(administrative village).A total of 1801 people were selected from the survey, and 1509 people were finally completed.Using the questionnaire designed by the joint salt reduction and hypertension prevention and control project of Zhejiang Provincial and Ministry,a survey group composed of community doctors with unified training, using PAD survey, conducted a centralized survey within the prescribed time. The contents of the survey include:questionnaire survey, physical examination and so on.SPSS21.0 was used for data analysis,X2 test, univariate and multivariate analysis(Logistic regression analysis). Results A total of 1801 people were included in this survey, and 1509 people were finally completed. The completion rate was 83.38%,of which 49.37%were males and 50.63%were females, with an average age of 44.61(+13.98).398 smokers(26.37%),549 drinkers(36.38%),602 physical exercises(39.89%),144 people(9.54%)with meat as the main dietary habit,282 people(18.69%)with greasy taste,331 people(21.93%)with salty taste,36.32%overweight adults,41.07%males and 31.63%females,31.88%(CI:29.52%-34.23%)and 34.63%males,respectively.(CI:31.21%-38.06%)and 29.19%of women(CI:27.57%-33.61%)had significant difference between men and women(P<0.05).The morbidity of males in 18-29 years old and 60-69 years old was significantly higher than that of females(P<0.05).However,there was no significant difference in the prevalence of hypertension between 30-39,40-49 and 50-59 males and females. With the increase of age,the prevalence of hypertension increased in both men and women. The prevalence of hypertension in both sexes increased with the increase of BMI.However, there was no difference in the prevalence of hypertension between smokers and non-smokers,and there was no significant difference between smokers and non-smokers.Stepwise logistic regression analysis showed that the main factors affecting the prevalence of hypertension were gender, age,BMI and family history of chronic diseases.Multivariate analysis by gender showed that age,BMI and family history of chronic diseases were the main factors affecting the prevalence of male diseases. There was no significant difference between the age group of 18-29 years and the other groups except 30-39 years.Compared with BMI<24,there were significant differences between 24 and 28.Age,marriage,BMI,tobacco exposure and dietary structure were the main factors affecting the prevalence of hypertension in women.Compared with 18-29 years old, there were statistical differences in each group, and the prevalence of married people was low.The prevalence of tobacco exposure was higher than that of non-exposure group(P<0.05).Conclusions The prevalence of hypertension among residents aged 18-69 in Lishui City was higher than that in 2012(25.2%).Smoking,drinking,physical exercise and dietary habits were still unsatisfactory.Gender, age,BMI and family history of chronic diseases are the influencing factors of hypertension.Age,BMI and family history of chronic diseases affect the prevalence of hypertension in men.Age,marriage,BMI,tobacco exposure and diet structure affect the prevalence of hypertension in women.
