Clinical Usage Analysis Of Surgical Implanted Material And Managament Research Of Information System

Background:The implanted materials have been widely used in clinical surgical operations,and have became an important medical material after the drugs,playing an increasingly important role in the disease diagnosis and treatment process.Because of its planting,variety,and high price,a little careless in clinical use and management will increase the burden of patients and medical costs,even directly affect the medical quality.In recent years,the development of implanted materials in varieties,specifications,functions and clinical applications have made it more difficult for hospitals to increase the clinical application management of implanted materials,at the same time,the medical quality and safety risks are also increased.The traditional medical material management models which based on material supply-chain management have been unable to meet the needs of clinical applications development,especially foucus on the materials management efficiency,with little attention to clinical usage,and standard.It is extremely urgent to study and explore the integration of material supply chain management,problem monitoring,early warning of implanted materials,and the management mode of integration.This research is one of the National Engineering Laboratory of Medical Big Data Application Technology,the main content of the research is to apply the surgical patient to set the material detailed data for problem analysis,and then explore the information-based solution.Objective:1.Analysis the implanted materials usage difference in clinical application;2.Based on the problems in the usage of materials,we explored to establish the management system of hospital medical materials application,to analyze and monitor the clinical usage of surgical materials,and to assist in the rational use of the materials.Contents:1.Clinical usage analysis of the difference in species,quantity and cost of implanted materials.We use the data of implanted materials in a general hospital,the material's types,quantities,and expenses were analyzed according to the types of surgery.2.Requirements and functional design of implanted materials application management system.Based on the shortcomings of the clinical use and management of materials,proposed the requirements and functional design of the implanted materials application management system.Methods:1.Literature Research.We reviewed the domestic and foreign regulations on the status of clinical usage and supervision of implanted materials as well as other papers,reviewing the status of clinical usage and management of implanted materials.2.Data Analysis.We selected the medical record data and material cost data of the relevant surgical operation from the HIS system of a large comprehensive hospital.We statistically analyzed the differences in clinical usage of implanted materials from the perspective of doctors,patients,and the materials,using the specifications of the materials in the National Medical Service Price Item Specification(2012 Edition)as the standard.3.Information System Design.We construct the hospital material application management system with the development personnel together according to the problems in the clinical usage of implanted materials.Besides,the way of monitoring and standardizing the problems in usage and the needs of clinical management,procurement,usage as well as other related demand are also considered.Results:1.There are many differences in the clinical usage of implanted materials.This mainly manifested in the following aspects:the amount of materials used between patients,the difference in cost,the average cost of materials used by doctors,the difference in the numbers,the types and specifications of materials.2.We established a hospital medical material application management system,which has been put into operation in the hospital material warehouse,clinical use department,and management department.Conclusions:Analyze the difference in the use of implanted materials in clinical from the perspective of physicians,patients,etc,different physicians have different implanted material types usage,and also different average cost in the same surgical procedures.It might be resulted form the lack of information management and information support tools in the clinical.Therefore,it's important to built a standardized,refined and informative hospital implanted material management system.
