Objectives of the study:To observe and compare the changes of cervical mobility and pain between the experimental group(martial arts therapy)and the control group(traction method)before and after intervention. To verify the effectiveness of martial arts therapy in relieving, eliminating cervical pain and improving the range of cervical movement, and to further explore the safety and mechanism of martial arts therapy in improving cervical mobility restriction. It also summarizes the effect and characteristics of this symptom, and provides a new way to relieve cervical pain and increase cervical mobility in the future.Research implications:Theoretical significance: In the current medical facilities, the treatment of cervical spondylosis mainly comes from inheriting the previous knowledge and the accumulated work experience of clinicians,so it has some limitations. In this study, martial arts therapy,a new intervention method, based on traditional Chinese medicine and anatomy, combined with martial arts internal work, through special techniques and techniques, the use of clinical scientific experiments,To further explore the safety and mechanism of martial arts therapy in improving cervical movement restriction, and to provide a new theoretical basis and practical experience for relieving cervical pain and increasing cervical mobility in the future. It is also what China's sports and medical system will face after the combination of physical education and medical care.A new subject.Martial arts therapy is an intervention method to maintain or improve the function of tissues and organs, and then to promote the health of the body.Practical significance: the acceleration of the pace of life, the increase in workload, bad living habits and other reasons, resulting in the number of people with limited cervical activity increased year by year, the age of the patient also showed a younger trend. This has caused a certain negative impact on people's psychology and physiology. Therefore, recovery and increase of cervical spine mobility areimportant issues in the medical profession and the whole society. In this study, the study and application of martial arts therapy in the rehabilitation of cervical spondylosis will provide wider learning space and treatment ideas for the rehabilitation of cervical spondylosis.Increase the combination of physical medicine intervention methods, paths of research and practice in the future health cause, society Medical insurance plays a more and more important role.Experimental methods:The subjects were those with limited cervical movement who met the diagnostic criteria for cervical spondylosis.Starting in September 2017,volunteers were recruited to participate in the study and meet the requirements of the study. The experimental group was randomly divided into experimental group and control group, and wushu therapy was used to intervene the experimental group, and the contrastive method was used as control test. After 6 weeks of intervention, the sex and age of the subjects before and after the experiment were recorded, and the values of the simplified Mc Gill pain scale(PRI,VAS,PPI),CROM(left and right lateral flexion and rotation, forward flexion, postextension)were recorded.Using SPSS 20 and Excel for data Intra-group and inter-group analysis. Results of the study:(1)Both the experimental group and the control group have certain effect in the rehabilitation treatment of limited cervical motion, which can relieve neck pain and restore the range of motion of cervical joint;(2)The effect of the experimental group was more obvious than that of the control group in relieving and eliminating cervical pain;(3)The curative effect of the experimental group was more significant than that of the control group in the rehabilitation of cervical motility;(4)There were no adverse reactions in the experimental group. After the experimental intervention, the intervention effect of the experimental group was obvious, the operation method was simple, the safety was high, and it was worth popularizing. The study recommends that:(1)It is suggested that the sample size should be increased in the subsequent experimental study;(2)Further strengthen the tracking and evaluation analysis of the later stage of the experiment;(3)To further strengthen the research of martial arts therapy on the mechanism and practice of intervention in cervical vertebrae movement restriction,so as to provide more objective and powerful support for the promotion and application of this treatment method in real life.
