Objective:Through the epidemiological investigation of the prevalence of myopia in a small sample of primary school students,the analysis of the influencing factors of myopia development and prospective study of comprehensive treatment of Chinesemedicine for myopia,the preliminary research on the diagnosis and treatment model of Chinese medicine intervention in the development of myopia has provided a basis for the establishment of the Chinese medicine prevention and control myopia diagnosisand treatment system.Part I Analysis of the status and influencing factors of myopia in primaryschool studentsObjective:By investigating the myopia of primary school pupils in two primary schools in Hebei Province,and publishing questionnaires to understand pupils'eye use behavior,and then analyzing the correlation between eye use behavior and myopia,to explore the risk factors of myopia occurrence and development,on this basis,to develop Chinese medicine myopia prevention and control APP.Methods:?Select the first-grade students of 2 elementary schools in Hebei Province,check the distance vision(including naked eye vision and corrected vision),diopter and record the general status of name,gender,age,etc.,and then conduct statistical analysis;?The "Evaluation Questionnaire of How Pupils use their eyes" was published through the "Wenjuanxing" to investigate the eye condition of primary school students,and use SPSS 17.0 for statistical analysis.Results:1.Screening file(1)The vision failure rate of the first-grade myopia of 2 elementary schools in Hebei Province was about 29.52%,of which mild vision loss accounted for 52.50%,moderate vision loss accounted for 36.87%,and severe vision loss accounted for 10.62%;with naked eye vision<5.0 and non-ciliary muscle paralysis,computer optometry equivalent spherical degree<-0.50D is myopia screening standard,myopia rate is 12.20%,accounting for 41.30%of total vision failure.(2)Establish an eye health electronic file.(3)Develop mobile phone eye protection software(Huiyanxiaoxing APP)2.Results of "Evaluation Questionnaire of How Pupils use their eyes"(1)A total of 655 questionnaires were collected in this questionnaire,all of which are valid questionnaires.(2)Among myopia students,male students accounted for 41.67%,female students accounted for 58.33%,and the difference in gender distribution was statistically significant(P<0.05).Female students were more than male students.(3)There was a statistically significant difference in the grade distribution between the myopia group and the non-myopia group(P<0.001).The number of myopia gradually increased with the grade,and the number of non-myopia decreased gradually with the grade.(4)Among the pupils who have developed myopia,about 2/3 of the students have at least one parent with myopia;compared myopia group with non-myopia group,parental differences in myopia was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the proportion of myopia in parents of myopia group was higher.(5)There were significant differences in reading and writing posture,reading and writing time,reading and writing habits and reading and writing environment between myopia group and non-myopia group(P<0.05).(6)There were statistically significant differences between the myopic group and the non-myopic group in the visual acuity at owning electronic equipment and after using video equipment(P<0.05),the rate of having electronic devices was higher in the myopia group,and the visual decrease was more obvious after using the video device.(7)There were significant differences between the myopia group and the non-myopia group in outdoor activity duration and physical exercise participation(P<0.05),and the non-myopia group had longer outdoor activity duration and higher proportion of physical exercise participation.(8)There was a significant difference in diet between the myopia group and the non-myopia group(P<0.05),the myopia group preferred sweet food and meat,and the non-myopia group had more balanced(9)Logistic regression analysis found that gender,grade,parental myopia,short reading and writing distance,long reading and writing time,poor eye habits,unsuitable reading and writing environment,irregular eye exercises,eating sweet meat,possessing electronic devices,having electronic equipment and using video equipment are suspected risk factors for myopia,at weekend,average daily activities>2 hours is a protective factor for the development of myopia.(10)Multivariate regression analysis showed that grade,gender,whether the mother has myopia,the total time of reading and writing per day.have a break during reading and writing,the visual decrease after using the video device,looking far away after class,always eat meat,and average daily TV watching time at weekends and so on had statistically significant differences at the incidence of myopia(P<0.05).Conclusions:(1)According to the investigation,the rate of myopia in the first grade of 2 primary school in hebei province is close to the data of the same period.(2)There are many risk factors that lead to the occurrence and development of myopia,early intervention and behavior control are crucial in the prevention and control of myopia.Part ? Prospective study of small sample myopia with comprehensive treatment of traditional Chinese medicineObjective:A stratified randomized controlled trial was used to objectively evaluate the clinical efficacy of TCM comprehensive therapy in controlling the progression of myopia in adolescents.Methods:Using stratified random grouping method,according to the cases included in the filtered and exclusion criteria,due to the particularity of eye disease,patients'eyes diopter may not completely the same,so will the group of patients will be subject to high myopic degree one eye is divided into<1.00 DS DS and 1.00?3.00 DS two layers,each layer of the 120,then two layers were randomly divided into treatment group and control group respectively,according to the results of previous retrospective clinical study,comprehensive treatment of traditional Chinese medicine treatment group and control group in each layer of each group included in 60 cases respectively.At present,156 adolescent patients(312 eyes)aged between 6 and 12 years were included.78 patients(141 eyes)in the stratified treatment group and 78 patients(146 eyes)in the control group were included in the statistical treatment group.Control group health education routine glasses;The efficacy of the two groups was evaluated 3 months.Results:(1)According to the criteria of disease efficacy,the stability rate of diopter number in the treatment group was 36.88%,and that in the control group was 21.23%.The progression rate in the treatment group was 63.12%,and that in the control group was 78.77%.The difference in stability rate and progression rate between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.01),and the diopter number in the treatment group was more stable.(2)Naked eye vision,diopter,corneal curvature,and the eye axis itself before and after control of each group:after intervention,the naked eye vision of the treatment group and the control group decreased,the diopter increased,and the axial length of the eye increased.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in corneal curvature between the two groups before and after intervention(P>0.05).(3)Comparison of naked eye vision,diopter,corneal curvature,and axis oculi after treatment group and control group:after the intervention,the naked eye vision of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group,the diopter was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the corneal curvature,axis oculi between the two groups after intervention(P>0.05).(4)The adjustment parameters of each group were compared before and after:after intervention,the regulatory sensitivity of-1.00DS?-3.00DS in the treatment group and the control group was improved,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the positive relative adjustment and negative relative adjustment amplitude of each group after intervention and before intervention(P>0.05).(5)Comparison between the treatment group and the control group after adjustment parameters:there was no significant difference in the positive and negative relative adjustment,adjustment amplitude and adjustment sensitivity between the treatment group and the control group(r>0.05).Conclusion:The intervention of TCM comprehensive therapy can improve the accommodation function and control the progress of myopia to a certain extent.It plays an active role in the prevention and control of juvenile myopia and is worth popularizing and applying in clinic.Conclusion:Based on the theory of traditional Chinese medicine,this study initially formed the diagnosis and treatment modle of myopia intervention in adolescents.
