Research On The Reform Of Grading Diagnosis And Treatment System From A Multi-center Perspective

The Decision of the Third Plenary Session of the Eighteenth Central Committee of the Communist Party of China clearly points out that it is also one of the key tasks of the new medical reform to "improve the rational graded diagnosis and treatment model,establish the Contractual service relationship between community doctors and residents",and speed up the formation of graded diagnosis and treatment model of primary diagnosis,two-way referral,quick and slow treatment and linkage between upper and lower levels;graded diagnosis and treatment is also regarded as optimizing the allocation of medical resources and alleviating the "difficulty and difficulty in seeing a doctor The "life-saving straw" of "expensive illness".The new medical reform has entered the deep water area.It is urgent to break through in exploring and establishing a hierarchical diagnosis and treatment system suitable for China's national conditions.On the basis of summing up the experience of foreign graded diagnosis and treatment system,this paper combines the multi-center theory with the operation mode of graded diagnosis and treatment system in China,analyses the existing problems and causes of graded diagnosis and treatment system in China,and expounds the necessity of promoting graded diagnosis and treatment system and the implementation countermeasures of effectively implementing graded diagnosis and treatment system by using the multi-center theory.
