| Objective:To systematically evaluate the effect of Assertive Community Treatment in patients with schizophrenia,to provide a reference for the rehabilitation of patients with schizophrenia in China.Methods:The English(Pubmed,Embase,Cochrane library)and Chinese(CNKI,Wanfang Data)databases were searched,and randomized controlled trails(RCT)which published before January 2019 on the effect of Assertive Community Treatment in patients with schizophrenia in China was included.Two independent investigators conducted literature screening,data extraction,and quality assessment.RevMan 5.3 software was used for heterogeneity test and eombined statistieal analysis,sensitivity analysis,And draw funnel eharts and a forest plots.Using the Stata software Begger method to analysis the publication bias.Results:A total of 11 RCTs(n=1772;including 870 in the intervention group and 902 in the control group)were included.According to the Jadad scale,there are 2 low-quality articles and others are high-quality articles.Main outcome indicators:after 12-96 weeks of intervention,compared with traditional community treatment model,the PANSS total score,positive symptom score,negative symptom score and general psychopathology score were all better in the assertive community treatment.The sensitivity analysis showed that the results were stable,and the subgroup analysis indicated that the negative symptom score improved more significantly with the extension of intervention time,and the western region of China had a significant effect advantage over the eastern region.Quantitative evaluation of publication bias found no significant publication bias in this study.Secondary outcome indicators:and social function,treatment compliance,disease burden,anxiety and depression of caregivers,the effect of assertive community treatment was significantly superior to that of traditional community treatment model.Conclusion:Assertive Comlunity Treatment is effective in improving mental symptoms,social function,increasing medication compliance,improving anxiety and depression of caregivers,and family disease burden in patients with schizophrenia in China. |
