Objective:To explore the difference between the integrated treatment mode and the traditional treatment mode for severe multiple trauma patients.Method:Since October 2017,our hospital has set up a multi-trauma rescue team, which is composed of ICU,emergency department, trauma orthopaedics, anesthesiology, general surgery, cardiothoracic surgery, neurosurgery and other disciplines. The team consists of 42 members, divided into seven groups, with 6 members in each group. We selected the patients with severe multiple injuries treated in our hospital from October 1,2016 to September 30,2017 were randomly numbered as control group;the patients with severe multiple injuries treated by trauma center of our hospital from October 1,2017 to September 30,2018 were randomly numbered as experimental group. We recorded the data of sex, age, cause of injury, time from injury to hospitalization,ISS score(AIS-90),emergency operation time, emergency blood transfusion time,ICU hospitalization time, total hospitalization time, hospitalization cost and successful treatment. Then we use statistical methods to analyze and screen the indicators with statistical significance, and compare whether there is statistical difference between the two.result:In this study,49 patients in the experimental group were treated by the integrated process of trauma center, including 41 males and 8 females, with an average age of 41.76±20.54 years. The injury factors were traffic accidents in 29 cases, high fall in 14 cases, and other 6 cases. The average time from injury to hospital was 3.59±2.36 hours. The average ISS score(AIS-90)was 34.00±10.88 points.36 patients underwent emergency surgery, and the average time of emergency operation was 101.75±76.59 minutes.34 cases received emergency blood transfusion. The average time of emergency blood transfusion was 108.47±86.39 minutes, the average length of ICU hospitalization was 8.27±8.88 days, the average total hospitalization time was 30.96±39.71 days, the average hospitalization cost was 91,664 yuan, and 40 cases were successfully treated, the cure rate was 81.6%.Before the establishment of trauma center, there were 99 cases in the control group treated by traditional mode, including 80 males and 19 females, with an average age of 44.62±19.07 years. The injury factors were traffic accidents in 62 cases, high fall in 27 cases, and other 10 cases. The average time from injury to hospital was 4.69±4.52 hours. The average ISS score(AIS-90)was 33.17±10.66 points.58 patients underwent emergency surgery, and the average time of emergency operation was 142.24±102.63 minutes.57 cases received emergency blood transfusion. The average time of emergency blood transfusion was 162.63±130.15 minutes, the average length of ICU hospitalization was 6.74±8.56 days, the average total hospitalization time was 32.32±38.32 days, the average hospitalization cost was 84,687 yuan, and 59 cases were successfully treated, the cure rate was 59.6%.Compared with the control group, there were no significant differences in gender, age, cause of injury,ISS score, time from injury to admission,ICU hospitalization time, total hospitalization time and hospitalization cost between the two groups(P > 0.05).There were significant differences in time of emergency operation, time of emergency blood transfusion and death rate(P < 0.05).Conclusion: Compared with the traditional treatment mode, the integrated treatment mode for severe multiple trauma patients shortens the first aid time, improves the treatment efficiency and reduces the mortality rate.
