Research On The Construction Of Medical Informatization In JiangSu Province

At the end of the last century,China has gradually implemented the informationize construction of medical all over the country and has already completed the process of computerization and digitalization which has been roundly popularized and applied.As a highly economical developed eastern coastal province,Jiangsu province has always been the forefront of reform,and its construction in politics,economy and other aspects has always been in the leading position of the country.The local government has attached great importance to the informationize construction of medical,taking the informationize construction as a new growth point so as to promote the career development of medical and health.At present,Jiangsu province has made some achievements in the informationize construction of medical,but problems such as integration and utilization of resources are insufficient,repeated construction of resource,information like" isolated island "and" chimney "still exists;Insufficient application of information standards;the relatively shortage of talent and capital guarantee;the ability of information security guarantee is low and so on a series of problems are still need to be solved urgently comparing to the promoting construction of healthy Jiangsu,innovating the "Internet + medical service pattern,the construction of modern medical and health service system,implementing the strategic goals and requirement about the “two together and one high” of the new Jiangsu.This paper takes "medical informatization " as the main research object,taking Jiangsu province as an example,summarizing and sorting out the current situation of its informationize construction of medical,finding out the main problems and analyzing the causes of these problems.It also takes the influence of both the government and the cities of Jiangsu province as the main case studies and researches,exploring the problems deeply that exist in the specific application,and discussing the factors leading to these problems from many aspects,and on this basis,it provides corresponding suggestions for improvement,supporting for medical information construction in theory in a certain degree in Jiangsu province,so as to promote the operation efficiency of the major health institutions in Jiangsu province and serving levels,improving medical environment,which makes a great contribution to in Jiangsu medical health system reform.
