ObjectiveThrough the study of patients with acute ischemic stroke of Dengzhanxixin injection in the Department of Neurology of Guangdong Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine, the influence of the application of Dengzhan Xixin injection on the prognosis of patients with ischemic stroke yin and yang syndrome was explored.MethodsThis study used a prospective cohort study method to include patients who met the inclusion criteria in the Department of Encephalopathy,Guangdong Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from April 2018 to November 2018,and used erigeron breviscapus injection as a target for vaginal syndrome patients.Factors, the cases included in the study were divided into two groups, and they were followed up at 1 month and 3 months after onset.Data were collected using Epidata 3.1 software, and statistical analysis was performed using SPSS18.0 software. The effects of radix scutellariae injection on the recovery of neurological function were compared, and the logistic regression model was used to influence the prognosis of ischemic stroke.Related factors are discussed.ResultsA total of 134 patients were enrolled in the study, including 81 patients with vaginal syndrome(exposure group)and 53 patients with yang syndrome(non-exposure group).Statistical analysis was performed on gender, age, length of hospital stay, previous hypertension, hyperlipidemia, diabetes, previous stroke history, smoking and drinking history, thrombolytic therapy, surgical treatment, and hospitalization.Greater than 0.05 indicates that the two groups are comparable. From the baseline distribution of the patients,it can be seen that the incidence of ischemic stroke is more than that of females(83/51);the middle-aged and elderly people have the highest number of cases, accounting for 80.6%(108/134)of the total number;Patients with type syndrome(81/53);patients were included in the disease, and the patients with NIHSS score?6 were 76.9%(103/134).Univariate analysis of the association between exposure factors and neurological deficits in the prognosis of ischemic stroke showed no significant relationship between the two(P>0.05).The correlation of other related factors with the mRS scores at each time point was analyzed. The results showed gender(P=0.006),length of hospital stay(P=0.003),history of diabetes(P=0.044),The history of stroke(P=0.021)and admission NIHSS score(P=0.000)as a single factor had a statistically significant effect on the mRS score at discharge; The single factors affecting the mRS score at the onset of onset were hospitalization days(P=0.027),diabetes history(P=0.010),admission NIHSS scores(P=0.000),and single factors for mRS scores and other related factors at 3 months of onset.Analysis, the results showed gender(P=0.013),diabetes history(P=0.016),stroke history(P=0.021),admission NIHSS score(P=0.000)and mRS score at 3 months of onset The correlation between the two was statistically significant. The mRS scores at each time point were used as dependent variables, and the exposure factors, gender, age, length of hospital stay, past medical history, smoking and drinking history, whether or not hospitalization was thrombolysis, whether surgery, whether to use anti-aggregation drugs during hospitalization, and whether to use anticoagulation Multi-factor logistic regression analysis was used as an independent variable for drugs and lipid-lowering drugs. The factors associated with P<0.05 were included. The results showed that the factors that had independent effects on neurological deficits at discharge were gender, history of hypertension, history of smoking, admission to NIHSS,and whether or not to use anti-aggregation drugs or lipid-lowering drugs during hospitalization. The factor that had an independent effect on neurological deficits at 1 month of onset was the NIHSS score at admission. The factors that have an independent effect on the neurological deficit at 3 months of age are age,NIHSS score at admission.ConclusionThe results of the study showed that the effect of erigeron breviscapus injection on the prognosis of ischemic stroke yin and yang syndrome differentiation was not significant.Multivariate analysis of other factors affecting prognosis showed that the NIHSS scores of admission had significant effects on mRS scores at various time points of ischemic stroke. The higher the NIHSS score, the higher the mRS score at each time point. That is,the degree of neurological deficit is even worse.Gender, history of hypertension, history of smoking, use of anti-aggregation drugs during hospitalization have an independent effect on the prognosis at discharge.Age can affect the neurological deficit of 3 months after onset. With age,the prognosis will be the worse.
