ObjectiveThrough different pressure press Neiguan of healthy people,Collecting and observing the changes of Heart Rate Variability before and after,and analysis of the effects of the heart regulation.Discussing the relationship between different pressure and effects of TuiNa.Providing basis for clinical application and scientific research.MethodsCollecting 45 eligible healthy male adults who from students of Guangzhou university of traditional Chinese medicine.According to the random number table method,dividing the volunteers into group A,B and C,each with 15 volunteers.Using 1kg,3kg,5kg pressure on Neiguan of left body respectively.Before the operation,the pressure film sensing patch was fixed at the left Neiguan of the volunteers,and the pressure sensor of the MFF film pressure testing system is used to continuously detect and maintain the pressure value.And collecting the HRV before 5mins and after 5mins.Observation indexes included:SDNN,rMSSD,total power,VLF,LF and HF.The data is statistically analyzed with SPSS 19.0 statistical software;The paired t test was used for pressure before and after comparison.Test level ?=0.05;P<0.05 as the difference was statistically significant.Results1.Before the experiment,there was no significant difference in age between groups A,B and C(P>0.05),which was clinically comparable.2.The heart rate variability indicators collected before operation in groups A,B and C:SDNN,rMSSD,total power,VLF,LF,and HF were not statistically significant(P>0.05),showing clinical comparability.3.Although SDNN,rMSSD,total power,VLF,LF and HF of group A changed before and after pressure,their p values were all greater than 0.05,showing no statistical significance.This indicated that pressing Neiguan with lkg failed to cause an effective change in heart rate variability in healthy people,which was an ineffective intervention.4.The SDNN,rMSSD,total power,VLF and LF of group B were significantly increased after pressing compression compared with that before point compression,with statistical significance(P<0.05),while HF changes were not statistically significant(P>0.05).This indicates that pressing Neiguan point with 3kg pressure can improve the heart rate variability of healthy people by changing the excitability of Sympathetic-vagus nerve,so as to adjust the heart function.5.The SDNN and HF in group C decreased significantly after pressed compared with that before pressed pressing,with statistical significance(P<0.05),while the changes of rMSSD,total Power,VLF and LF were not statistically significant.This indicates that Pressing Neiguan Point with 5kg Pressure Point mainly reduces HF to change the excitability of vagus nerve,thus reducing the heart rate variability of healthy people and achieving the adjustment of heart function.6.Combined with the changes of heart rate variability indexes before and after the operation in groups A,B and C,The results showed that the heart rate variability of healthy people could be effectively changed by pressing Neiguan to a certain pressure point.And different levels of stress have different effects.Conclusions1.There is a close connection between Neiguan and the heart.Pressing Neiguan with a certain pressure can cause an effective change in HRV:Pressing Neiguan with 3kg Pressure can increase HRV:And with 5kg can reduce HRV.2.Based on the results of this experiment,there is a dose-effect relationship between Pressure and effect.This dose-effect relationship may be the relationship between reinforcing and reducing or dual-direction regulation.
