The Study Of Screening TCM Nursing Appropriate Technology For Puerper Ium Women In Community

ObjectiveTo get a list of suitable technologies conducted by community nurse for women with puerperic disease from TCM treatment techniques for puerperal diseases.The results will contribute to the improvment of the service ability with TCM nursing appropriate technology of community nurse for puerperiurm women who suffered,and do good to the building of TCM in communities.MethodsThe literature research method was used to investigate the research status of TCM in the field of puerperal diseases,and combined with the post-natal disease catalogue of traditional Chinese medicine books to form a list of TCM treatment techniques for puerperal diseases;the evidence-based medical system evaluation method and comprehensive scoring method were used for scoring TCM nursing technologies,then according to the scoring results,the list of suitable TCM nursing techniques for community women in puerperium was formed.Results1.The results of literature research:94 TCM treatment techniques for puerperal diseases was formed,and then a total of 55 TCM nursing techniques were listed for the care of puerperal diseases.2.The results of evidence-based medicine system evaluation and comprehensive scoring:14 TCM nursing appropriate technologies of community nurse for puerperium women were scored above 7 points,including massage for acute mastitis,massage for postpartum lactation,rhubarb and Glauber's salt external application for acute mastitis,moxibustion for postpartum abdominal pain,Tuina for postpartum lactation,moxibustion for acute mastitis,music therapy for puerperal depression,massage for puerperal depression,ear pressure bean therpy for postpartum lactation,acupoint injection for acute mastitis,massage for postpartum constipation,Tuina for acute mastitis,ear pressure bean therpy for postpartum constipation,moxibustion for postpartum urinary retention.3.Suggestions for the improvement of the abbility of nurses in communities to provide TCM nursing for women with puerperic disease.Conc!usion1.Evidence-based medicine system evaluation and comprehensive scoring are suitable for screening TCM nursing appropriate technology for puerperium women in community;2.At present,domestic researches on the treatment of puerperal diseases with traditional Chinese medicine technology present diversification,but attentions about treatments were focused on the comprehensive intervention of TCM technologies,Chinese medicine prescriptions,and the concentration of acupuncture,diseases they paid more attention belonged to the common and frequently-occurring categary.The 14 suitable TCM nursing techniques for puerperium women were also characterized by common and frequently-occurring diseases,and they were in line with the reality that the community nurses'disadvantage in TCM background;3.It is a basic project to screen TCM nursing appropriate technology for puerperium women in community for achieving the goal of popularizing TCM in community.government agencies,community hospitals,medical staff in community hospitals are all needed to do something to improve the level of TCM nursing services of community nurses for women in the postpartum period.
